The apartment is located in Munich-Waldtrudering in a quiet residential area. To the S-Bahn its only a 300 m walk. With the S-Bahn it only takes about 15 minutes to the Marienplatz. Near the apartment there is also the Riemer Park is the Wasserburger road with many restaurants nearby. The fair can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes through the Riemer Park. The attic apartment has a bedroom, living room and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed pull-out for 1 to 2 people. In addition, the living room on a shelf and a TV. In the bedroom, two more people stay in a double bed with two mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hobs, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Free WiFi is also available.
