The apartment is in a great location, with a stunning view and spacious, and the complex has everything easily accessible and is very quiet. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. A place to come back!!!

The apartment is really cozy, with excellent decor and amenities. Excellent for a couple. The balcony includes the room, allowing you to relax and the air is very refreshing, as it is on the fourth floor. Highly recommended!

Jonathan was an amazing host. I was celebrating a special birthday and was nervous about the property, etc.; however, he was very responsive and ensured me that I would be pleased and have an excellent experience at the villa and on the resort. He could not have been more accurate. He assigned a personal concierge who met us upon our arrival on the resort and who ensured we received the very best experience during our stay. The villa and resort were a beautiful tropical paradise and amazing. There was a housekeeper who ensured the villa was cleaned daily. We had a private chef prepare a delicious BBQ dinner one night of our stay. There were tons of restaurants, pools, bars, and activities throughout the resort to choose from. I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams how great this stay and experience would have been. I am so happy that I selected this villa and resort to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely book and stay in his property again and recommend his property.

I spent two wonderful weeks in May with friends and family at the Coconut Hut, and it was a fantastic experience. The house was spotless upon arrival and comfortably accommodated the five of us. We made great use of the pool and barbecue area, which offered a nice balance of sun and shade in the backyard. We even had the chance to host a small event with more guests, and the space worked out perfectly. When it came time to relax, the house was well air-conditioned, though we did notice a few minor water leaks from the units—nothing major, just something to keep an eye on. The bedrooms stayed cool, while the main living area relied on a fan for airflow. Whenever we had a question or minor issue, the hosts were easy to reach, quick to respond, and very helpful. I truly appreciated their attentiveness. I’d definitely recommend staying at one of their properties. I had an amazing time. Everything was conveniently located—local grocery stores like Jumbo and Sirena were 10-minutes away.

Rob is a fantastic host and a true expert on the area. His place was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities — plus, it’s in a prime location in Sosúa. Everything was within a 5-10 minute walk. He also provided me with great local recommendations. A real down-to-earth guide — I’d absolutely recommend him, 10 out of 10.

We were glad to stay at Jimmy's place in Puerto Plata. It had the accommodations that we needed and was centrally-located, which allowed us to walk up places. Whenever we had questions, he responded quickly. We have no regrets.

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view and very well maintained property!

The apartment was just like the photos. It was very clean upon arrival and Maarja was very attentive. We had an easy time finding the place and entering. The property is very secure and well kept. The Beach is beautiful, but be aware it is Kite Beach for a reason- the water is rough. So with little ones we stayed walking along and making sand castles, didn't spend a lot of time in the water. We did enjoy the pool, patio and local restaurants. We love this property and I am sure we will be back.
