On 3rd floor cabañas bldg, must go up 3 flights of stairs, no elevator, next to the tennis court. Condado del Mar has: Security, pool & lounge chairs, kid’s pool, grills, picnic tables,gym,pool table,ping pong, coin laundry,basketball and tennis court; 15 mins drive LMM airport.

Studio Apt with breathtaking water views, beach access, and sleeping space in the living room. Located on Ashford Ave. with cafes, restaurants, shops, and parks. 24/7 gated security, gym, tennis courts, game room, pool, and free on-site parking. Building is currently undergoing exterior facade renovations to enhance its charm and safety. Rest assured it won't affect access to the apartment, large pool, or our unbeatable beachfront location. We will also have a full power generator soon.

Condado Beach Front - Free Parking & Netflix

Beautiful beachfront studio located at the Condado del Mar Condo complex, beach cabana section. It comes with one parking. The complex has two (2) pools right beside the beach, an olympic size and a small one for children. Other amenities include 24-hour security service, a BBQ area, tennis court, gym, game room with ping pong, air hockey and pool tables. Also close to the building lobby you could find a coin laundromat and a convenience store with luggage storage services.

Beautiful apartment in Condado with beach access!

Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also has washer/dryer in the apt. Condo has a pool, gym, tennis court, mini market and private access to the beach. The studio can be converted as two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is to the city. Only one parking available with security. Great spot within walking distance of bars, restaurants, supermarket, and ATMs. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

I would HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. We had an incredible stay the apartment is exactly as it is in the photos with a breath taking view from the balcony, the location is unbeatable with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping stores making it the perfect getaway spot! The host Lizette was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond exceeding our expectations with providing excellent communication, towels, beach chairs and anything we needed which made our stay even more enjoyable I would definitely stay here again truly AMAZING !

We loved our stay at Luis Alberto and Jaime’s place! It was clean and just the right size for our honeymoon. The location was great. Calle Luiza has so many places to eat, and it was very walkable. We were able to walk to neighboring areas, but there is so much to do right around the apartment. I would recommend Coffeetera for morning coffee and Cueva Del Mar for the best seafood we had in Puerto Rico- both a five minute walk from the apartment. We loved it and would stay here again!

I stayed for one night, but I enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect in terms of proximity to the airport and there are a lot of of restaurants in the area. It didn’t take long to catch a cheap Uber to old San Juan as well! I really love having the access code, so I didn’t have to worry about a key! Definitely worked perfect for my quick stay!
