Beautiful beachfront studio located at the Condado del Mar Condo complex, beach cabana section. It comes with one parking. The complex has two (2) pools right beside the beach, an olympic size and a small one for children. Other amenities include 24-hour security service, a BBQ area, tennis court, gym, game room with ping pong, air hockey and pool tables. Also close to the building lobby you could find a coin laundromat and a convenience store with luggage storage services.

Beautiful apartment in Condado with beach access!

Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also has washer/dryer in the apt. Condo has a pool, gym, tennis court, mini market and private access to the beach. The studio can be converted as two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is to the city. Only one parking available with security. The BEACH Pad -A Modern- luxurious, beach front and full ocean view apartment. Enjoy your private balcony to watch the sun rise and set over the Atlantic ocean. The view is 180 degrees from left to right without any obstruction. The living room has a 75" tv, with a Sonos sound bar. Relax to music, have a glass of wine or cup of coffee made from the coffee machine provide , listen to the sound of the waves and feel the stress melt away.
