Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Dear Michael: We would like to express our thanks to you for the three nights and days of a delightful stay in your villa. When we arrived we were immediately struck by the beautiful surroundings of a typical Swiss countryside scene. We appreciated the rule that shoes were not permitted in the house. May we say that that also is a very highly regarded traditional Asian rule. Your house sets a very welcoming tone the moment we went upstairs to the kitchen. Everything was clean and ready to be used and whatever we have in our own kitchens we found them in yours and more. And yes, you and your team thought of everything for the bedrooms too. The generosity of supplies were very much noticed and appreciated . For the eight of us in our seventies and eighties we can only tell you that you made it easy for us to settle in straightaway as if we had a home away from home in this idyllic part of the world. Celia is a great host, very helpful and cooperative. We felt like home. I am definitely going to go back for my next vacation.

We were there with the family and the grandmother. The house offers enough space for everyone :) The location is awesome; in 2 minutes at the lake (via the meadow). Large terrace with morning sun! We made the trip by public transport. That's possible, the bus runs hourly in both directions. Without luggage, the station can be reached in 20 minutes, with luggage rather 30 minutes.

Beautiful house, right on Lake Geneva. Swimming area within walking distance (200 m). Plenty of parking. Terrace around the house with lake and mountain views. Nice and quiet. Best accommodation I've ever had.

Our weekend in Paola's chalet was wonderful. The chalet is spacious, wonderfully decorated and very confortable fir 3 families and 5 kids. We enjoyed our stay and already want to come back! it was perfect!!!

The place is really peaceful, the house was very clean, very well equipped there is really everything you need apart from the furniture we even found laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, paper towels, salt... Mathias wasn't there but he really planned everything for our arrival, even the plug to charge our vehicle in the evening. He even makes sure that everything goes smoothly during the stay. My kids loved the garden and all the entertainment amenities on site. The location is really great, very close to Geneva and also Annecy, the long weekend of the ascent is not enough to do all the visits because it is so beautiful. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and there will certainly be a next time for us. Thank you Mathias!

This is a lovely apartment with beautiful views of the mountain and light and airy. It is very well equipped, comfortable and had everything needed. It is close to the shops which are about 5 mins away and also close to the station which is really handy. Tatjana was really good at communicating and all instructions were really clear. She also went the extra mile asking if I preferred soft or harder pillows! That was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our stay, would not hesitate to recommend and would love to come back!

We really enjoyed it! We were 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space. The location is wonderfully quiet and offers fabulous views of Lake Geneva and the mountains, really fantastic! Thank you very much ❤️

Steve was a very welcoming, warm and very responsive host by message, whether before the stay regarding any questions, or when we arrived. The place was as described and very clean. Small mention also for the kitchen that I found very well furnished and equipped, with equipment to make large quantities as well. We found it a little demanding on noise and noise pollution. We understand, but it still somewhat limited our moments of exchange and affected relaxation during the stay. We thank Steve and recommend this listing. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosie’s place. The view is spectacular and the outdoor patio was great. We appreciated having a full service kitchen as well, after traveling for a week and eating out- it was nice to have a home cooked meal. The only note about the place was that there were a fair amount of carpenter ants, we notified and Rosie and she did have ant killer. Hopefully, as the season continues they will go away. Otherwise great place to stay!

We had a great week in Lausanne and Killian's apartment contributed to our satisfaction. I recommend +++. Everything is there: comfort including bedding, brightness, cleanliness, features, great environment with sun terrace without vis-à-vis and overlooking the trees The apartment is the living space of its tenant so everything is there to feel at home. A magical place, surrounded by vineyards and as if "suspended" above the lake. You don't get tired of looking at this incredible view. The accommodation is very well designed and quiet. Josette and her husband are lovely. We highly recommend this rental.

We had a great stay at Julie's place, who gave us a great welcome. The place is decorated with taste. The apartment is very functional. Restaurants and activities are nearby, the lake is right next door!!! Evian is a very nice city 2 steps from Switzerland. Everything was perfect! We recommend it!

Great accommodation for a week's vacation in Lausanne. For cars there are visitor spaces but you have to remember to change the disc every 4 hours. i recommend this listing

Excellent . The photos match exactly local . Comfortable and cozy apt, clean, organized , clean and new sheets and towels, comfortable beds and the hostess was very kind offering us coffee and tea. Super recommend
