It was a wonderful stay Nilaavu. It felt like our own home the moment we entered the property. The house is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing environment. It's spacious, with a well-furnished living room and all rooms having attached bathrooms. Two of the rooms are air-conditioned, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed. There's also ample parking space. My family, especially the kids, truly enjoyed the stayโ€”it was a memorable experience for all of us.
A vibrant plate is filled with cooked shellfish arranged over green banana leaves. Fresh curry leaves are interspersed, adding color and texture to the dish. The seafood is presented in a shiny dark glaze, showcasing a tempting appearance.

Entire Apartment With 2 Bedrooms Private Entrance

This is a wonderful property. We had the entire ground floor to ourselves which was extremely spacious. We were also very pleased as it has a fully functional kitchen. The home is clean and the private garden is well maintained. My dogs had a wonderful time frolicking in the garden. Benny was very prompt and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. When we struggled to find a place to stay the next day, he accommodated us in his other property which saved us a lot of trouble. The meals were delicious and the instructions I received before reaching the property were detailed. We had a great time in Kannur, thanks to Benny and his familyโ€™s hospitality.

The stay was beautiful. We went during the peak summer so itโ€™s obviously extremely hot, so stayed inside this amazing stay during day time, enjoying the view from the balcony. There was air conditioning but I think the capacity of air conditioner is not sufficient for the space of the room. Had to keep it on for so many hours to feel the room cooling down. No food places to go nearby, the airbnb helper cooks amazing sea food, other than that one can be able to order food from swiggy. Totally worth the price, very remote. Might have a bit of trouble to communicate with the helper/maid because she only knows malayalam, but easily manageable with a bit of effort and google translate.

It is a good place and you can have a nice time working and living here. All facilities are there to make this a vivid coliving - a nice kitchen, a garden area, spacious couches and a common desk area. (The pictures are 100% real). I regret that I had no real contact to the other guests though during my short 3 days stay. But when I ran into a gathering of Athul with his friends I got invited to join and felt like an old friend immediately โ€“ indian hospitality at its best. The place is in walking distance from downtown with a good selection of restaurants, shops, markets and the railway station. It's a residential area still so if you're planning on activities like going to the beaches be prepared to take a Rikshaw.

This was my first stay at a homestay. I wasn't sure what to expect. However it turned out to be a great experience. We were welcomed with a refreshing lemonade drink by friendly host. They helped us settle down quickly. All amenities are good. We being strict vegetarian, kitchen was really useful. Thank you Babu and special thanks to Amma as well. Beach is just five minutes walk where we spent lots of time.
A corner of the living room shows a mounted TV on the wall, accompanied by an air purifier on the floor. A small table with a calendar and four black chairs is positioned nearby, enhancing the functional layout of the space.

Warm and excellent hospitality from host side. It was an overall good experience and nice place to stay for enjoying Kerala flavours.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood. Divya is a great host, very friendly and caring. Though she resides somewhere else, she made sure that we were taken care of very well. Only downside is that the toilet is outside the house, which was little inconvenient for us - Senior Citizens, especially to use the facility in the night.
