You’ll have a comfy 150cm x 200cm EU double bed, a kitchenette, complete with dining table, microwave oven and dishwasher, washer/dryer, and designer cooking gear. Plus all our standard perks, including air conditioning, a power shower with Kinsey Apothecary toiletries, blackout curtains, private superfast Wi-Fi, a Smart HDTV with Chromecast, and a Locke essentials kit.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

It is an 80 m² attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hallway, wardrobe, built-in closet, shower room/toilet, 2nd floor: loft with full kitchen, bar, dining table, couch, desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom/toilet/tub/washing machine). The apartment is newly renovated. Neighborhood: Quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 8-min walk or 1-min bus. 15-min drive to Marienplatz.

Charming 2-room attic studio

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of Grünwald near the Grünwald Forest. It can be reached via the shared entrance via a separate staircase to the upper floor. The town center is within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes. By tram line 25 from Derbolfinger Platz, you can reach the center of Munich in half an hour. Alternatively, you can also use the nearby S-Bahn station Furth (5 minutes by car).

Separate apartment in the south of Munich

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

Perfect for couples or families with a maximum of 2 children. Not ideal for more than 2 adults.

Granny apartment for 2 people. In the countryside with terrace and yet close to the city. Perfect starting point for Munich and its southern surroundings. By S-Bahn (10-minute walk), you can be in the center in about 30 minutes. The plank area is shared with the landlord. Price is for one person (+ €20 for second person/night)
