Federica est une hôte exceptionnelle, très réactive, gentille et faisant tout pour nous aider. L’appartement est bien situé, supermarché et plage à proximité. Lignes de bus très proches avec beaucoup de possibilités pour rejoindre d’autres plages.

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

Centrally located, great apartment to explore Cagliari

Sehr nette Unterkunft, von der aus das Meer in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Die Lage im Feriendorf ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön, inmitten von Pinien, aber man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, was jedoch bereits bei Buchung bekannt war (Parkmöglichkeiten zur Genüge vorhanden). Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrspüler) und die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die fehlende Klimaanlage hat uns nicht groß gestört (Aufenthalt Anfang Juni) Würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bot alles, was man braucht: Kaffeemaschine, Kaffee, Wasser, Waschmaschine, Shampoo, Decken, Handtücher, Bettdecke, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser und vieles mehr. Die Lage ist strandnah (ca. 1,2 km) und die Terrasse ist toll. Das Bad ist luftdurchzogen und bietet eine gute Belüftung. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es gibt nicht viele Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad. Ein wichtiger Hinweis: Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, was für Leichtschläfer möglicherweise ein Problem darstellen könnte. Ich persönlich habe mich jedoch schnell daran gewöhnt und sehe keinen Grund für einen Sternabzug. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! 5 Sterne sind absolut verdient. w/ 30 und 33

We had a truly lovely experience staying at Andrea’s flat. He and his partner, Lucia, were incredibly kind, welcoming and super responsive whenever we needed assistance. They even left us some thoughtful welcome gifts (a really personal and special touch that made us feel at home. Although we had a couple of small issues with the flat, out hosts were quick to address them, ensuring we had the best possible stay. Their attentiveness really stood out. The location was a dream. Peaceful, scenic and perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Thank you so much!! 🤗

The apartment has a stunning view of the sea and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby beaches while enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. Access to the small beach and the pool is also a great bonus. The villa of Teulada (around 10min away by car) has a few restaurants and grocery stores for the daily needs. Federico is a fantastic host! Very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall we had a great stay and hope to be back some day!

Les vacances en famille dans ce gîte ont été excellentes. Les instructions de Erika pour l'arrivée ont été précises, très faciles pour trouver le lieu exact. Erika nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les sites à voir, sur les restaurants. Le gîte est très bien situé, très agréable à vivre, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. C'était très agréable.

Casina davvero graziosa con una vista splendida sul mare. Davvero vista spettacolare! La casa era confortevole e comoda alle spiagge della zona. Ottima per la nostra mini vacanzina. Grazie Matteo e grazie ai tuoi genitori per la gentilezza.

Die Wohnung von Edvard war superschön und hat alle 5 Sterne verdient, die Aussicht war grandios, die Einrichtung, neue toll gestalteten Bäder, inklusive Küche, Geschirr und Kaffeeautomat waren perfekt und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über eine private Treppe zu erreichen und man kann herrlich im klaren Wasser schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und der Sonnenuntergang ist einfach phantastisch. Herzlichen Dank Edvard ...für diese wunderschöne Unterkunft.

Wir waren Ende Mai in der Wohnung und hatten schöne Tage. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Das Dorf hat einen schönen kostenfreien Strand, fussläufig erreichbar und einige Restaurants. Antonella hat uns super hilfreiche Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Strände gegeben. Eine Baustelle neben der Wohnung stört nicht weiter, wenn man ohnehin ab 8.00 Uhr morgens wach ist und den Tag unterwegs ist.

Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Leuk huisje met alle benodigdheden, traditioneel maar met genoeg luxe. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd ook al kwamen we laat aan, en kregen veel uitleg over huis en omgeving. De rest van de week waren de eigenaars er niet, maar anders woont madre in het souterrain, en ze heeft haar eigen tuin. Vooral de grote tuin met bloemen en veel plaatsen om te zitten vonden we prachtig. Er liepen vaak lieve katten rond, heel gezellig. Het was er ongelooflijk stil ‘s nachts. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen om de vele strandjes te ontdekken, heel handig. Op veel plekken waren al strandtentjes open, ook al was het nog voorseizoen. Een wat grotere supermarkt is een kwartiertje rijden. De wandeling langs de kust over de oude Romeinse weg is een aanrader.

Мы провели незабываемые 6 ночей на вилле, которая превзошла все ожидания. Вилла по размерам даже больше и уютней чем на фото. В прекрасном тихом месте в 30 шагах от моря. С балкона открывается потрескавший вид на бухту, и незабываемые впечатления от встречи рассвета за чашечкой кофе. Вилла укомплектована всем необходимым для пляжного отдыха, отдельный восторг вызывает кухню на которой есть даже больше чем необходимо в отпуске. Ощущение что хозяева о тебе очень позаботились. Все было очень чисто и уютно. Мария Виктория дала очень хорошие рекомендации по ресторанам и магазинам поблизости, это было очень ценно. Очень дружелюбные хозяева. И отличное месторасположение. Мы не первый раз на Сардинии, но это лучшая вилла на которой мы были. Спасибо большое, обязательно сюда вернемся.

Un séjour parfait dans un écrin paradisiaque, un petit bout de la Sardaigne rien que pour nous, des hôtes d'une gentillesse incomparable, d'une discrétion totale, toujours à l'écoute, un accueil merveilleux, pleins de petites attentions gourmandes, un lieu exceptionnel pour pouvoir explorer le Sud de cette belle île, un séjour que nous n'oublierons jamais. Merci Francy et Léandro vous êtes au top !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Habe Patrizia nie persönlich getroffen, sie reagierte allerdings schnell auf Fragen und Probleme. Die Anweisungen für das Check-in waren klar und ausführlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Bett bequem. Es war ruhig und der Ausblick traumhaft schön. In der Nähe hat es schöne Strände. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen und ein Fahrzeug dringend zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, um selber kochen zu können. Hatte Probleme mit dem WLAN, Patrizia hat aber schnell darauf reagiert und es wieder zum funktionieren gebracht. Danke Patrizia!

Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento di Stefania. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, l'appartamento si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Pula e a pochi minuti di macchina dalle più belle spiagge di Santa Margherita e di Chia. La casa, situata in un contesto tranquillo, è dotata di tutti i comfort e molto pulita, piacevolissimo lo spazio esterno dove poter cenare la sera. Stefania si è dimostrata sempre disponibile e reattive alle nostre richieste. In futuro ci tornerei molto volentieri.

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!
