The stunning Oakura surf beach and Black Sand Pizzeria is just a 15 minute walk away, the cute little Oakura village, cafes and restaurants, a 12 minute walk away, and the Kaitake Ranges a 15 minute walk.

Only 20 minutes from New Plymouth but far enough to enjoy village life. Explore the mountain or coastal scenic areas with this studio as your base. A separate small building contains the toilet.
