Blagnac airport and the Airbus site are 20 minutes away and Toulouse city center 30 minutes away. The first shops (bakeries, butchers, organic groceries, tobacconist, convenience store, hairdressers...) are within walking distance. Come and recharge your batteries at the gates of the bastides and valleys of the Gers!

Charming 2-room apartment attached to my main residence and consisting of a large fully-equipped kitchen, small sitting area and bathroom/toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), as well as a bathroom/toilet. Free parking on site, garden view, swimming pool and on clear days the Pyrenees mountain range. The accommodation at the gates of Gers is close to J. Curie, the expressway leading to Colomiers and the Airbus factories, and Toulouse.

The Fiouzaire Birds

Les Oiseaux is a 23m2 apartment on a 2 hectare working permaculture farm respecting biodiversity on the Route of Santiago de Compostella, surrounded by rolling hills. With beatiful views of the countryside, the apartment has a small terrace . The ground floor has a double bed, single bed, kitchen, bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanine. Shared pool access in season. There are 2 other apartments in he building, all 3 are independent and accessible only from outside.

Ideal studio for workers with breakfast

Our studio is located on private land next to our house. It was refurbished in 2022 to accommodate workers from Monday to Saturday. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with a terrace. Private and secure parking with direct access to the ring road (15 mins airbus, 25 mins from Toulouse, 5 mins from Isle Jourdain). Ideal for 3 people maximum. Breakfast is included (detailed below). Linens, towels, duvet and pillows included. All you have to do is drop off your bags.

Charming apartment totally renovated, located above the EMBER LABEL restaurant. Ideal for a getaway in Gers for 2 or as a family, this lovely property combines modern comfort and cozy atmosphere. Fully-equipped kitchen with a large counter for your meals open to the contemporary and modern living room. Guests can enjoy a private terrace located at the bottom of the apartment. Independent room, relaxing and bright thanks to its opening to the living room.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is attached to our house but completely independent. This studio is very functional, fully equipped (TV, WiFi, Kitchenette, Air Conditioning, Library, Storage, Bathroom, possibility of lunch on the terrace, refurbished in 2022. There is a sofa bed that quickly transforms the bedroom space into a living room space as can be seen in the photos. Check-in can be done independently.

Couples, business travelers, solo travelers, this apartment will be your pied-à-terre. If you arrive by car, you can park in the streets connected to the apartment (free). 10 minutes' walk to the train station and 2 minutes to the buses.

We offer our independent studio, whether you come to discover the Gers or for professional reasons. This new accommodation, with all the comforts (kitchen, air conditioning) will allow you to enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay. The terrace has a table. The sofa can be converted into a double bed. Fun fact: would you have guessed that this studio was once a container? Please note that the exteriors are currently under construction.

A terrace with 1 table and 2 chairs. 15 min walk to the city center (4 min drive). 1 baby cot or extra bed for 1 extra person can be added. High chair available.

Quiet house near forest

This 70 m2 accommodation located in a quiet area, close to the Bouconne forest, has a small private terrace. It is spacious, warm and we will do our best to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. A closed parking space is available for your use. Linens and towels are provided. Please respect the quietness of this place, we live at the house next door. Please ask us in advance if you need the barbecue, or a baby crib.
