Amazing apartment and even more amazing hosts. The apartment is super cozy and clean! I felt right at home. It is very central to all the fun nightlife in Viejo San Juan, yet still quiet enough when you enter that it makes for a great balance. Shara was very responsive and friendly to talk with. 10/10 and I recommend for any stays in Viejo San Juan!

Good place to stay for your first visit to San Juan. The burger place next door is amazing. Security on site is friendly and responsive. All around good place :)

This place is absolutely amazing. Private, tranquil, perfectly situated for walking around. The whole space is beautifully decorated and the rooftop is a slice of heaven where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze while you rest yourself from a long day of walking. highly recommend.

Our family of four (including a 9 year old and a 6 year old) spent spring break in Puerto Rico, and this was the perfect home base! The condo was centrally located and impeccably maintained with beautiful views of the city.

Great! Loved the location— right on the beach, quiet, great for vacation. The common space got great use and the unit was very accommodating to our large group. Would recommend!

Very great stay and you have a beach pretty close to you, the owner replies really quick with answers when you ask about something. Over all very good place to be at and it’s a nice little spot to be at while your there.

Place is in an excellent location to walk to restaurants and the beach. The neighborhood had some water issues while we were there but Manuela was very responsive and provided water for us.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. What truly made this experience exceptional was Mark himself. He went above and beyond—offering great local recommendations, checking in just the right amount to make sure we were doing well, and even welcoming us with a thoughtful personal touch. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was pure magic. If you’re thinking about booking—don’t hesitate. Mark’s and Mara’s place is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

Juan was super responsive and very accomodating. I had to change the dates to my trip last minute and he quickly updated the request. I loved the place. I had everything I needed. I felt safe the place was very clean. If I do ever go back to Puerto Rico again, I will look to stay at Juan's place.

The space is located in a condominium very close to restaurants, Jobos beach and other beaches. Condominium with controlled access and 24/7 security guard. With an ocean view from the terrace. I recommend it.

Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. The location was perfect—close to the airport, beach, stores and supermarkets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Was beautifully furnished, felt safe, was very clean, cool idea to have little souvenirs or bikinis/dresses available for the ladies to purchase if needed and had really amazing views.

Jacqueline was exceptional from the moment I booked. I let her know that it was a surprise for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday and she immediately sent me links for things for us to do while we were in town. Rosalinda’s and Monsoon were our favorite restaurants to visit during our stay and are an easy walk away. We made sure to utilize the pool and hot tub while we were at the home and they didn’t disappoint. **ordering food for delivery was a struggle for us and finding a ride to the airport was harder than we anticipated, but Jacqueline also helped us with that** Overall the stay was amazing and we would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Cesar’s cottage. Everything was as described and was better than the pictures. In addition, furnishings were modern, comfortable, and extremely clean. The highlights were the amazing pool, complimentary coffee, ample hot water in the huge shower, comfortable bed, beach chairs to borrow, huge tv, beautiful garden, and big windows to let the bright sunlight in. The area was quiet and safe, while also being close to attractions. While there, we ate an incredible dinner at Pena Blanco and filling breakfast at Mona’s, both owned by Cesar. We look forward to coming back!
