A cabin to disconnect. It is in the middle of the Huilo Huilo biological reserve. It is a sustainable cabin that works with solar panels and rainwater. The cabin is very well equipped and is within the 'Viver el Bosque de Huilo Huilo' condominium, close to the hotels and the attractions of the place. Preference to go up with four-wheel drive cars in winter, but in summer cars without four-wheel drive but with a medium engine can go up.

Francisco's place is really a little piece of paradise in the middle of the forest. The place is really beautiful. If you are going from Santiago it's 10 -11 hours with stops. But it deserves it. It is effective that the WiFi was spotty on the weekend (but the idea is to disconnect). Tinaja of free disposition (wood included), small pool, hammock, native forest for walking along the and wonderful river 30 meters (maybe less), at last 9 hectares on the banks of the Liquiñe river really very good. I recommend 4x4 to get there, but nothing from the other world the dirt road until you reach the linear village where you can find everything. Other highly recommended attractions are the countless hot springs that appear everywhere along the way. Practically every property you have its own thermos or waterfall. I recommend visiting the heart lagoon, the suspension bridge, huilo huilo huilo (arriving by this road at 20 km. Finally, deluxe. I recommend the construction of a second bathroom… would be my only improvement.

The place is wonderful, the cabin is larger than what you see in the photos. Everything new and impeccable. A wonderful setting for those who like a quiet and secluded rest, although only 5 minutes from the hotels. Angela picked us up and took us to the cabin, so we arrived without any problems.

Rio Claro Huilo-Huilo Cabins

I want to thank Javier and his mother Viviana for such a pleasant stay. When we arrived the cabin was impeccable, it was clear that they had just done a deep cleaning, the sheets smelled clean and that made us feel very comfortable. The wood stove helped us get through the cold days and the wonderfully comfortable bed allowed us to rest from the daily walks. It is worth mentioning that the cabin has a balcony and a terrace that face the river, and there is even a descent to it, so it has a beautiful view. The location of the accommodation stands out, which is on the main street, a few minutes by car from the different portals of Huilo Huilo Park, as well as Puerto Fuy. Thank you very much, we will certainly come back!

The house is located in a beautiful forest, and has a terrace with a wonderful view and setting. All the hosts are very friendly. They helped us on the first day with the firewood for the forest. The cabin is in Portal La Leona (10 minutes into the forest), and is super close to other portals where you can visit the Huilo Huilo Reserve. Puerto Fuy is beautiful and 15 minutes from the cabin. You can ride a catamaran and fish. There's no phone or internet signal in the cabin, so you have to be prepared for that, but it's ideal for disconnecting.

A wooden deck extends along the side of the cabin, offering views of the river. The railing is painted in a deep red, contrasting with the natural surroundings. Sunlight dapples the surface, highlighting the wooden planks. Large windows allow for natural light inside.

1000% Recommendation ❤️ I rarely leave a review, but Don Juan was extremely hospitable and likeable. This beautiful apartment is located on stilts over the river. There is a small private beach and, depending on the season and corresponding water level, a lawn. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a toilet and hot water shower, as well as a kitchen with a large dining table. The three rooms are connected via the veranda, which has both a bench and a roof along its entire length. Don Juan provided us with plenty of wood for grilling and campfire, as well as a mobile heater. The location is extremely safe, and there is a covered parking space right next to the apartment. Don Juan was extremely likeable and hospitable and we were able to enjoy a conversation with him in between, in which we were able to learn more about the region and his little dog Pancho. The Huilo Huilo National Park and the village of Puerto Fuy are heavenly
