La Joya is an unexpected jewel in the center of town. Close to art and culture, groceries, banking, restaurants, and the beach. Views of the ocean & sunset from the roof deck. This jewel is good for couples or solo adventurers. This nicely furnished first floor studio has a well equipped kitchen, a king size bed, beach gear and coolers and access to a shared washing machine. There is a second floor 2 bedroom apartment which can be rented together or separately to accommodate larger groups.

Walk distance from Sea glass beach, restaurants, markets and pharmacy. 2&1, complete kitchen, dining/living room with sofa-bed. First room-queen bed with A/C/ Second room bunkbeds and 1 queen bed with A/C. Well equipped with towels, blankets, pillows, cooking pots, WiFi,Netflix,etc...

I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.
