This charismatic and luxurious house with a rural spirit offers a generous outdoor area and an excellent starting point to explore the countless points of interest around it. Our emblematic house maintains the centuries-old Lanzarote architecture, while being modern and well located. If you want to feel the warmth of a house with personality, history and in which a lot of love has been put into its restoration, do not hesitate and come to enjoy it. The accommodation is complete indoors, terraces and gardens for guests, there are no common areas. I will be available 24 hours a day. Timanfaya National Park and Los Volcanes Natural Park are right next door. Caldera Blanca, Volcán Templo, Volcán del Cuervo, with departure from the house. Many walking and cycling routes. Five minutes by car to the beach. A wide range of leisure activities are available nearby. Tinajo is a town rooted in fishing and agricultural tradition. Modern 3 bedroom detached villa within the heart of Puerto Del Carmen that has been fully furnished to a high standard. The property boasts a high level of privacy and includes a private heated swimming pool, sun loungers/dining table/chairs to pool area and an upstairs living area with a sun trap balcony and home bar. A perfect location for families/couples to relax by the pool and be within minutes of the beach and all resort amenities. An excellent starting point to explore the island.

It's located a few minute walk from the city center, market, bars, restaurants, nightlife and 10 minutes from the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 double room with the possibility to disconnect to 2 singles and one with a double bed above and a single bed below. The house has WIFI and smart-satellite TV and is 50 sqm.
