Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. The host Soledad is very kind, responsive and gives excellent recommendations for the area. In addition, we went with our one-year-old baby and Soledad set up the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable bedding and quality as well), she even left a gift for him in the crib. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

Excellent house! Modern and very well-equipped. There were 7 of us and we felt right at home. The patio is perfect for going with dogs. Daniel is very attentive and a good host.

We stayed 4 nights and the house is very comfortable, as shown in the photos and in the description, the patio is wonderful, we enjoyed the gazebo, sauna, jacuzzi and pool.

Hello, Ignacio's house is great, much nicer than what you see in the photos. You have everything for a great stay. The kitchen is super well equipped, excellent grill, very comfortable bathrooms and room. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Ignacio is always willing to help with whatever you need, he responds super quickly to inquiries, he is proactive, he is super flexible with schedules. Undoubtedly you choose the house of Ignacio you spend an incredible few days!! I highly recommend it and hope to return soon. Thank you Ignacio for your excellent hospitality.

The stay in the house was very good and comfortable. It had everything you need to cook and have a nice time in the house, the beach was very close. the host is always attentive and very kind.

Very nice apartment and very good view and location; communication with Katherine was very quick and everything was clear. We would have liked to have a bath mat to get out of the shower, other than that, everything was very good! We would stay again

The apartment is very comfortable, the condominium is very safe, modern and very spacious, the terrace is divine!!, the view is beautiful. We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.
