Excellent place to stay, accessible and close to shops and tourist attractions. Clean and tidy, necessary equipment for your stay

The apartment is as shown in the photos, independent access, tidy and clean, with all the toiletries and well equipped for cooking, the only two details we found is that one of the burners in the kitchen did not work and that the TV in the double room is not a smart TV (it had an adapter but it was outdated), everything else was very good. The area has a beautiful ocean view and direct access to the beach for a walk, you have to go down several stairs to get to it (to consider for people with limited mobility). A pleasant experience, I would definitely come back.

The apartment is just like the photos, it has everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The best thing is the balcony view. In addition, check-in is super easy and communication is very fluid on the part of the tenants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. I would come back a thousand times.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. The host Soledad is very kind, responsive and gives excellent recommendations for the area. In addition, we went with our one-year-old baby and Soledad set up the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable bedding and quality as well), she even left a gift for him in the crib. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely be back.

The stay was very quiet, the space has everything you need to have a good weekend. When I arrived, the heater was on, making the space very cozy. The bed is very comfortable and there is an extra blanket for the cold. The patio is very nice and has a hammock. I didn't use the grill. The kitchen is well equipped, but it would be appreciated if they offered oil, coffee and sugar or sweetener. There was only salt and garlic powder. One day the water in the shower came out cold. I had to wait half an hour for it to warm up. The only negative thing I can say is that the apartment was dirty. I looked under the bed for a sock and noticed that it was full of dust, hair and lint. The rest of the house (kitchen and bathroom) was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another problem I had was with the address. The street name is incorrect on Google Maps. You have to follow the location Daniela sends and not the address on Airbnb.

Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

The house is very nice and practical and well organized for guests. The condominium is very safe and entertaining to go with children!

Excellent place to rest and disconnect, the beaches are super close (to go by car), the house is impeccable, just as seen in the photos, maybe a little cold in the mornings (summer), but it has everything you need, as a recommendation, bring a lot of mosquito repellent, because there are thousands! The host is a 7, she gives you all the info you need for both the house and to explore the surroundings.

Excellent cabin with unrivaled views. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms with everything you need for family vacations. You have to climb a lot of stairs and the terrace is high, so be careful if they go with children. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

It's a beautiful place to disconnect from the routine and take advantage of the connection with nature, local flora and fauna and with your loved ones. It is a very quiet place, with beautiful and affectionate community dogs, you could breathe in the tranquility and harmony. It allows self-fulfillment by operating the tub and includes games for children. Totally recommended

We stayed 4 nights and the house is very comfortable, as shown in the photos and in the description, the patio is wonderful, we enjoyed the gazebo, sauna, jacuzzi and pool.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable.

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very simple, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafe nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more kitchen utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!!

This is the 4th time we've stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Very well-equipped apartment, excellent location, the best of all the view that you could enjoy despite the cold, since it has full thermopanel windows on the balcony, which provided remarkable warmth, apart from the safety in case of going with children. The apartment had 2 heating systems, which makes it perfect for the autumn/winter season. Pamela is always attentive to everything and very kind. I like to go to the beach at this time, so we'll definitely be back
