This house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, kids and families friendly, nearby parks, playgrounds, markets. It's a residential house, so any event or party is forbidden. The house has security camera outside driving way and front door. If you are planning to host an event or party, this is not a suitable place. The house has central heating, doesn't have A/C for cooling. The house has cooking utensils. We also have Netflix pre-set up on the TV.

Wi-Fi, 24" Smart tv, HD DVD player, and electric blankets. Lots of parking. The other side of the property is a business during the day. No smoking or vaping allowed.
