Meeresträume? Mit Seeblick auf unsere Lagune und zur Insel Zingst! Du suchst ein Low-Budget-Quartier, aber brauchst im Urlaub deine Privatsphäre, genug Freiraum und Wohlfühlatmosphäre? Hier gibt es viel Platz für einen guten Preis. Sie hat 65 m², ist in der Barther Altstadt, mit schönem Wasserblick auf die Lagune und das 1733 gegründete „Adlige Fräuleinstift“. Sie ist in bester Lage, ruhig (Spielstraße) und doch zentral, direkt am Park, nur 2 Min. Fußweg zum Markt und auch zur Hafenpromenade.

Hallo, Wir heißen euch Herzlich Willkommen in Barth an der Ostsee in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, einer kleinen Stadt mit beschaulichen Hafen am Bodden. Ideal zum runterkommen, entspannen, spazieren gehen im nur etwa 200m entfernten Waldgelände, Fahrrad fahren und Strandbesuch in Zingst. Zur Wohnung: sie ist auf unserem Grundstück, etwa 25m2 groß und beinhaltet alles was man zum Wohlfühlen brauch. Internet, Miniküche,Doppelbett,Terrasse mit Wind- und Blickdichter Sitzecke. Reetvilla Landarzt - Alleinlage 3.000m2 Grundstück

Unser wunderschönes reetgedecktes Haus (BJ 1995) liegt fernab vom Tourismus in dem ruhigen Ort Pruchten. Es ist umgeben von Wiesen und Pferdekoppeln. Von den beiden Terrassen aus genießt man einen herrlichen Weitblick über das 3000m2 große, teilweise naturbelassene Grundstück (Ginster) und die Landschaft. Den Bodden kann man in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen. Ganz in der Nähe des Hauses verläuft der Radweg in Richtung Zingst (ca 20 min bis zum Ostseestrand), Prerow oder Barth.

Ein großer Balkon mit Markise laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.Ein Gästeparkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Auch sind Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder vorhanden. Die Fenster von Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Rolläden und Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Haustiere sind in der Ferienwohnung nicht erwünscht. In der Hauptsaison vermieten wir in der Regel nur wöchentlich .

Bei uns findet ihr eine sehr schöne, individuelle Wohnung mit kleinem Garten und einer Holzterrasse, um die Sonne, den Tag und den Abend zu genießen. Ihr habt einen separaten Eingang und eigenen Garten. Wir befinden uns in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung im Randgebiet der kleinen Stadt Barth. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Min zu Fuss. Gastronomie reichhaltig vorhanden. Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.

Hygge - Nordost

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.

Diese freundlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Reihenhaus am Stadtrand!! Also kein Zentrum von Barth!! Trotzdem sind Stadtzentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Hafen, die Jugendherberge und das Theater von Barth in nur 10 bis 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die traumhaften Strände vom Fischland-Darss-Zingst sind auch nur 12 km entfernt. .

Unser Haus ist ganz in der Nähe der Stadt Greifswald und auch die Hanse Stadt Stralsund ist nicht weit entfernt Wir haben eine alte Werkstatt extra für Sie umgebaut, ausgestattet mit Fußbodenheizung, Fernseher, Wlan und hochwertige Matratzen für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
