Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

The apartment is in the historic center of Montemerano medieval village of the Tuscan Maremma. The house consists of a large kitchen - living room with sofa bed, large double bedroom, bathroom, laundry, terrace, Wi-Fi internet. From this year for the guests of the apartment, included in the cost of the reservation, there is the possibility of accessing the garden of the La Polveriera farm with exclusive view of the thermal stream of Saturnia Il Gorello.

The cottage is located 4 km from Castell'Azzara, surrounded by the greenery of an olive grove consisting of 38 olive and fruit trees and surrounded by wooded land and pastures, overlooking the valley offering a breathtaking 180° view starting north with the Fortress of Radicofani until descending towards the west to get lost on the horizon among the Sibillini Mountains. 300 meters from the provincial road, it can be reached by a dirt road.

The Country house is located in the Umbrian countryside (1 hour from Rome), with panoramic view overlooking our vineyards. It has a 5000 square meter garden with English lawn, saltwater pool, olive trees, fruit trees and antique roses. The winery is 500 mt away, therefore, if you’d like, you will breathe the atmosphere of a place where wine is made. You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.
