Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Vercelli

A fantastic view. We had absolute peace. During the week, the pool even for us alone. (Travel time Pentecost holidays). The city can be reached either by car or via a considerable descent. You shouldn't walk on the main road. Right at the entrance to the village is a large free parking lot. The refrigerator failure was immediately fixed by Salvatore. If you like to cook, you need patience, the pots are not induction stove-suitable and the electricity fails from time to time. But the fantastic location and view, as well as the tranquility and kindness of the hosts made up for it. We will definitely be back😀… with mosquito spray in our luggage 😉 Gracie mille

Nicolò's place was clean and airy, free of clutter, but with lovely art on the walls and great books and magazines too, the right balance of personal touches. Bed linen was brand new, everything was spotless. Lovely view of mountains and a bit of lake to one side and a great location. Suna is cute and quiet and the flat is very close to the lake, right where there's a small beach, plus cafes and restaurants. Nicolò also sent us a great guide of the whole area and let us use his parking spot which, unlike many buildings in the area, was easy to come in and out of, and spacious. There is indeed no wifi, as it says on the listing, but it was not a problem for us. We definitely recommend and will be back. :)

The accommodation is impeccable, and great location, we were 6 biker friends, we had the space, for everyone, the kitchen is very well equipped, two bathrooms for a group, it's very comfortable There is a car park right in front of the building the place is quiet and central, this allowed us to visit the area, the lakes, Our host was very friendly, welcomed us with kindness, despite our delay... we really recommend this place.

We came a few years ago to the fishermen's island and were delighted by its beauty. We wanted to stay there for several days this time. We were able to enjoy this island and the neighboring islands. We really liked the idea of going from one island to another. The apartment is convenient, it has everything you need. There's everything for breakfast, drinks, amazing. Thank you Paco. The added bonus is the terrace overlooking the lake. Tranquility after the departure of the last boat, the evenings are magical. We had a good meal at the belvedere, Paco's restaurant. We will come back, for sure.

A great base for exploring Lake Maggiore. Really good sized house with two bathrooms at a very reasonable price. The house was very close to either a public or private beach. Five minute walk to the Baveno town – and with easy access to the wider Maggiore area via the train station/ferry. Carlo was a perfect host – with friendly, clear communication as well as recommendations for the local area. Grazie Carlo!

The setting and view are great. The only downside is the noise from the road very close by. Fortunately, the traffic calms down at night. Apart from that, the location is conveniently located for visiting. Great restaurant in Baveno.

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation in Arona. The apartment was exactly as we had wished – it was clean, well equipped and offered everything we needed for our stay. The reception was very warm, and also throughout the entire time the landlord was always available, responded quickly and kindly to all small questions and was consistently helpful. This made us feel very good and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for us for excursions on foot or by car. Overall, we had a great time and we can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience. Thank you for the great hospitality!

we stayed 3 days and everything was perfect... comfortable accommodation, with everything you need. Valerio was very helpful and so was his mother. The location is special... lake view and convenient to reach any destination around the lake. It was a wonderful vacation and I recommend the accommodation!!!!!!

We had a lovely time, Davide’s beautiful home was in the perfect location as you walked out of the door if you looked to your left the lake is in view and everywhere was extremely walkable. Everything was extremely clean and also was equipped with everything you may need. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the picturesque town of Arona.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

This 400-year-old lakeside house is a true step back in time, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, it fully lived up to expectations. The patio, right on the water, was an absolute highlight - we spent hours soaking in the stunning lake view, watching the distant lights of surrounding communities shimmer at night while sipping wine. Ambra is an exceptional host, providing detailed and timely guidance on the island, ferry schedules, free parking, and dining options. Despite our delayed arrival due to traffic, she graciously waited on the island to personally welcome us. The island itself is small yet enchanting, with plenty of restaurants and an ideal location for visiting the magnificent palaces and gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre. After the final ferry departs at 7 p.m., it feels as though you have the island entirely to yourself - a truly enjoyable experience.

We had a great time at Silvia's place, it is extremely well equipped, well located and we really appreciated the little touches that awaited us ( everything for breakfast...). On the other hand, the presence of a kayak and bikes is a real plus, as well as the private parking space. Silvia is a helpful, discreet and very friendly host. We warmly recommend this place.

A fabulous location peaceful, away from the crowds, with marvelous views, yet within easy distance to explore Stresa and Lago Maggiore. The cottage is well-equipped comfy and clean. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. Has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and paddleboarding! Lots of great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! We always have our bikes with us and were able to explore a lot! Lodana and Bartolomeo are wonderful hosts that we would love to recommend. The accommodation is very well furnished. We were greeted by the house cat, who got her petting every day. We enjoyed the time sitting in front of the house at the table under the tree overlooking the lake. Bartolomeo provided us with salad and vegetables. Thanks again for that, too. Also for the cordiality, dear Lodana, we will always remember well and will be happy to come back.

What a lovely gem! In a classical, stunning Italian building but apartment is newly renovated. Lovely views to the piazza, just 3-5min walking to the lake, restaurants, The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, cozy bed and all amenities for cooking etc. Highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Daniela's apartment. The apartment looks even nicer than in the photos. Very centrally located and yet quiet, as the windows are located in the courtyard. Daniela was always available for us and very helpful. We will be happy to come back! ☀️

The apartment is in a very good location, very close to the center and the port while being in a quiet neighborhood. The garage is a real plus, the availability and kindness of Ileana who welcomed us are also worth mentioning. A perfect spot for visiting Lake Maggiore.

Beautiful lovingly maintained river house. The location is phenomenal. The house is cozy and offers so many possibilities. Especially great are the outdoor area overlooking the river, terrace, meadow, barbecue, pizza oven, tables, chairs, etc. The only downside is the street that goes directly past the house on the other side. It's not busy, but if, the cars come quickly. Caution is advised with small children.

Great apartment right in the old town - everything is within walking distance in a few steps and only 10 minutes' walk from the train station. We felt very comfortable in Valentina's spacious apartment and super relaxed in the comfortable beds. The communication was always friendly and uncomplicated. Everything is great 😊
