This Villa is located 20 minutes from Venice and is immersed in a true green oasis with 12000 meters of park, completely fenced, a large swimming pool 12 meters long and 6 meters wide, a lake with a small boat ideal for fishing. the Villa is furnished with very high quality finishes and completely renovated. Outside there is a beautiful barbecue ,a large table, a full kitchen with a wood-burning oven and a fireplace, the kitchen is equipped with a stove and a refrigerator .

The Madison Apartment (cod. IP0260920062) is a newly renovated 95 sqm accommodation, very bright and welcoming. It consists of a living room/kitchen complete with appliances (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery and everything that can be used in the kitchen. Seating for 6 people, sofa, smart TV. A large double bedroom, a single bedroom (with the possibility of adding a bed), and a bathroom with a large shower.

Esterel C34 folding caravan fixed in the garden indoors, renovated in 2019. Sheet bags/sleeping bags/personal sheets are required. Comfortable and fun for trying out the camping experience. Sleeps four in total, three adults and one child up to 12 years old. The double bed and single bed are transformed into comfortable dinettes for breakfast and meals. A bathroom is available in the house with a sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
