Nei dintorni ci sono vari percorsi montani, inoltre le piste di Campo Felice e Campo Imperatore sono raggiungibili con 35/40 min di macchina. L'appartamento è stato costruito ed arredato da un mastro-falegname, infatti pareti e mobili sono interamente in legno di conifera (benefici aroma terapeutici)
