Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

Sara was super helpful, I was looking for a quiet place to stay after my dog's operation. At Sara's, in addition to enjoying absolute peace and tranquility, we also had support for my dogs with a platform for my dog that could not do the stairs and a fenced area where I could let my other younger and more active dog run! A really super friendly place for what you mean by dog wellness. I also loved their Mascot, a wonderful peacock that kept me company in the evening while I was working on the computer sitting at the outside table that Sara leaves available for guests. Highly recommended!😘

We had a great week with friends at Luisa and Guido's. We were afraid of being hot, but with the fans and pool, it was perfect. We even had access to the kitchen and outdoor shower room. Luisa also prepared focaccia for us for August 15, it was delicious. We recommend it!!

From the very beginning, Luigi and Vittoria proved to be welcoming, kind and pleasant. They explained the house and pool rules, and gave us great tips on what to visit and where to eat. The house, spacious and well furnished, offers a large outdoor space where you can relax while enjoying the landscape. The kitchen is well-equipped, with good quality pots and dishes. There is no air conditioning, but the house is still quite cool and we always slept well at night. Beautiful pool, the children had fun and we did too, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. The farmhouse is located on a hill, if you are looking for tranquility and silence, it is suitable for you. You need to drive to get to the center of Salsomaggiore Terme. A regenerating place for those of us who are tired of the routine and chaos of city life, and for those looking for a somewhat secluded base from which to visit the surroundings.
