Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Great place to stay + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50 m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was easy, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a little small at first glance, but due to the organization you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was enough for a few days of vacation). We would book the apartment again for another Sanremo trip.

Great location, many restaurants in a 15 minute walk radius. Very good space for a family with many bathrooms. For tennis enthusiasts, there are red clay tennis courts for a small fee 5 minutes away. Public beach is 15 minutes walk.

Nadia is a very welcoming host, very responsive, her instructions are very clear. The accommodation is very well located in a very quiet residence, with a magnificent view from its two terraces. It is also very clean and very bright, its equipment is as described, nothing is missing. The bike path at the bottom of the residence, the provision of bicycles and the garage for the car in the basement are great assets, (not to mention the swimming pool). In short, thanks to Nadia, we had a great two-week stay in Sanremo and its surroundings. We would recommend Nadia's accommodation without hesitation. A big thank you to Nadia.

An island of peace in a Liguria that is unfortunately increasingly crowded. Perfect location for those who love the sea but also for those who are satisfied with the private pool facing the sea. House with every comfort. Private parking is a rare commodity in Cervo, and is highly appreciated. Carla is the person who takes care of Caren's property and really he's an extraordinary person! Quick responses, a host who talks with you, she recommended us beautiful places to visit (all in French to make our lives easier). The plus? The view from the apartment is even more beautiful than expected! We had two days of storms (rain, wind and thunderstorms) and the view of the raging sea was sublime! Despite the weather, people are adorable, merchants helpful, the building quiet! A real little corner of peace! Rejuvenating! Really I recommend the good you are close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. There are several activities around (you must certainly have a car) but everything is less than 5 minutes away! Really great

We loved, loved, loved the apartment. The view could not have been more beautiful. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Our only complaint was our initial greeting and introduction to the apartment. As you know, The complex can be confusing with the 3 different buildings.

Lovely beachfront home, with private beach access. Beautiful garden with a small playground, ideal for children. The sea view is fantastic. We were really completely satisfied with the place.

The area is quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to everything. In a short time you can reach the highway and from there you can go wherever you want. Had a lovely few days in Stefano's apartment in Bordighera. The apartment was really clean and tidy and we really appreciated the welcome pack and all the extra facilities - such as the use of bicycles. The proximity to the Lungomare boardwalk is super and being able to pop out of the apartment and head to the beach in less then 2 minutes was amazing. Stefano was so helpful and responsive to all messages and emails and his instruction videos made it so easy to navigate everything about the apartment.

Perfect apartment with a sea view from the bed exactly as pictured, opening your eyes and seeing the sea is priceless!! Leaving the house and in a minute being on the beach is just as priceless!! Walk on the promenade of Riva Ligure and go up to Santo Stefano and return really nice and stop here and there for breakfast in the morning or the aperitif in the even more beautiful evening!! Oriana super Host, kind, always ready to respond to messages or calls, welcomed us firsthand and gave us all the info on where to find what... she also reserved the restaurant for us since she arrived late at night!! We hope to be back soon. We really felt at home as well as our little one! It would be a 10-star review but unfortunately there are only 5!! Thank you for everything and see you soon...

I have known Imperia for many years, I find it beautiful, with wonderful beaches, walks and sea. People are hospitable and make you feel at home. Paolo's house is perfect for two people, right in the center, on a beautiful square. A few meters from the sea, it is very convenient for parking lots, restaurants and shops, but all in absolute peace. Impeccable cleanliness. Thanks for hosting us. See you soon.

Gianluca’s apartment is cozy, very modern, newly renovated, and comfortable, with a lovely terrace. The location is incredible: the building is right on the piazzetta, by two churches, with shops and bars just a few steps away. You only need to cross the road to reach a variety of beaches, both public and private. Gianluca is very attentive, friendly, and always ready to share great tips. We truly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

We had a very nice week in the apartment! Check-in was very straightforward and the host was always easy to reach. The grocery store directly opposite was very convenient, where there was a wide selection. The view from the balcony to the sea was a pleasure every day!
