Simona is a great host and was always helpful and friendly. The apartment was everything we had expected and very comfortable. The location in the Centro area of Cesena was ideal and we could walk everywhere. On the few occasions we needed to ask for anything, Simona responded quickly and was very obliging. We have made a beautiful friend in Italy and hope to return..

Very spacious and well-lit apartment, the air conditioning was appreciated from the beginning. Very comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Excellent bathrooms. We'll book here the year we enter.

Host Mario is a super sweet, kind and social man. There was a spacious parking lot on private property, which is very nice. All rooms were spacious. Price quality super. In the village it was very cozy and you can eat wonderfully. Highly recommended for a short period of time.

Me and my friends had an amazing time here. It was clean and had everything we needed such as cooking supplies. We had plenty of space for all our belongings and was very pleased with everything including the perfect location and the very responsive host. We would come here again.

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

Leonardo's place is very beautifully appointed. It is comfortable, the AC works very well, and the atmosphere is quiet and calm. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and clean. The ceiling frescos, artwork and furniture are all very lovely and charming. The apartment is very close to MIC and to the center of town. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a really great time, the place had everything I needed and was very clean. The area was also quiet, you could hardly ever hear any noise outside. In addition, Christian was a very kind host who responded promptly to all my questions; in short, it was a completely exceptional overnight stay!

The house was as described and in fact better. Especially the pool was bigger than we expected. The host was always quick and great at responding. There is plenty of tranquility, you are private and in beautiful surroundings.

We had a great time at the villa. The pool was huge, and the villa itself exceeded expectations as the photos did not do it justice. We loved walking to the local bar in the morning to get coffee and pastries. And Fransisco had great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

We were very satisfied with the apartment and especially the location of the apartment. 5 minutes from the beach, free parking nearby, otherwise few minutes away parking for 2 euros a day. The apartment is located to the main street with great food options, but still a little private because it is located in a kind of backyard. Alessandro was easily accessible and was able to give good recommendations, check in and check out totally easy with code. Everything you need for your vacation. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi signal is weak because you share it and you can't operate several household appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine and stove).

Very cosy house in a remote area.

I can't say enough good things about how much we enjoyed staying at Nanni's apartment! It overlooks an adorable piazza, but with the thick walls, we couldn't hear a thing from below. Nanni's energetic & positive vibe welcomed us to Cesena and set the stage for a wonderful stay. I will stay here again.

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

With Maria Pia and her husband, we were welcomed as if we were family. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. From there you can easily walk to the center. We will definitely be back.

It was a perfect place for us to stay for participating of Ironman Emilia Romagna. Location is good, the place is more peaceful then Cervia, nice beaches and restaurants around. The apartment is very clean, equipped very well for utensils and other stuff, and very stylish designed. Very pleasurable thing that each morning we got some sweet at the morning as a present from Mary. Mary is very responsible and welcoming. The Loggia del Grillo is a perfect choice for those looking for tranquility and comfort in Faenza. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the center, allowing you to explore the city without the need for long journeys. The parking under the house for only €1 is a real advantage, making arrival and departure extremely convenient. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable and the rooms are modern and well-kept, offering a pleasant and comfortable stay. A special applause to Ms. Paola, always available and friendly, who makes check-in a simple and welcoming experience. Staying here is a real pleasure! We will definitely be back, the host Maria Cristina is really attentive to everything! See you soon!

We were the first guests and feel honored to have been in such a great accommodation. ☺️ We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is modern and stylishly furnished, very well insulated and was sparkling clean upon our arrival. We didn't miss anything – the kitchen is fully equipped, including a high-quality coffee machine and everything you need for everyday life. There are many shops and good restaurants nearby. Especially great: the beach access is just a few steps away. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation.
