Wonderful location, in the middle of Ferrara's central square, yet quiet and not too noisy. Apartment with the personality of the owner, a friendly, attentive and extremely delicate host. Streamlined communication, with quick responses, meeting our needs with good recommendations. We'd definitely come back.

This was definitely one of my favorite places to stay ever!! Not only is Anna Maria the sweetest and most helpful host but the environment was incredibly cozy and inviting! We even spent a full day just hanging out enjoying the patio! I highly highly recommend staying here and paying our dear friend a visit!

Tiziana and Roberto are wonderful hosts. They were communicative and friendly. Their listing is completely comfortable and well equipped. It is also very close to Bologna but secluded and out of the way of the busy city.

What can I say, everything was perfect, Claudio adorable, the house is perfect, beautiful and pleasant to stay in, nothing is missing, everything is very well equipped and very clean, nothing is missing. The house is located near large Italian cities, FERRARE, BOLOGNE, VERONE, VENICE, Lake Garda and a favorite for the beautiful city of PADUA. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and very clean house. Quiet location, but convenient for visiting the entire center. Arianna was a responsive, helpful and very kind host. Highly recommended!

The review writes itself when we have no hesitation to give “5 Stars” in every category. However, I should expand further. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals. Breakfast and some dinners for a 6 night stay. The water was hot and plentiful in the shower. The convenience of the train station that is centrally located for quick trips in any direction was the reason we originally selected this host. We were pleasantly surprised that the travel of the trains did not disturb our peace in our temporary home. Overall, our stay was too short and very sweet.

We had a great time. Everything matched what was described in the listing. Excellent indoor parking and an extremely quiet area. Since we will return to Ferrara to visit relatives, we will consider this location for our next stay.

The accommodation offers excellent value for money. We were there with our 3-month-old son, and he also loved it. The secure parking for the car is also a plus. A little oasis of relaxation.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable. The bed is also very comfy. Silvia is super helpful, with lots of great recommendations. You have to try Trattoria da Noemi(make a reservation ahead, they are always full). I would definitely recommend and return if I visit Ferrara again.

Good morning, we just returned from a vacation in Ferrara, a beautiful city. Claudia is an exceptional person who welcomed us warmly, giving us all the information we needed for our stay. Her apartment is beautiful and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a family. Recommended and convenient for visiting the city. Thanks again for the delicious chocolate cake too!

Great experience, my son really enjoyed the shared garden. The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent location and thanks to the host's advice we were also able to find parking near the apartment.

My parents spent a week at Silvia's apartment and had a great time. Silvia was very kind and always available. Apartment equipped with every comfort and very close to the beach, with a terrace overlooking the sea. They were able to use the bikes available to visit the area. Great!

This is a large, spacious apartment. Fully furnished with beautiful antiques and having every facility you could wish for. Fully furnished with of lovely paintings and a huge library of beautiful books. Great spaces to relax. Desk and lamp to write at. Sunny outdoor terrace . Mario Claudia is a thoughtful and friendly host. So welcoming. Extra little touch’s provided such as a bowl of miniature Easter eggs. Garaging for your car is easy. The city centre is just around the corner with all the main sights and many delicious restaurants.

A great place and a great host. Its clean, uncluttered, super location and easy to find and get settled. We had a fantastic holiday with two 10-years old based on many great recommendations from the host who knows the area very well. We will for sure come back!

We really felt very comfortable. The very nice hostess welcomed us warmly and gave us many tips. Although she lives right next door, we had the feeling of living in the beautiful garden and the guest house alone. The tranquility and rural location were a welcome contrast to the daily activities. We would come back!

Greta welcomed us in a very friendly way in her beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment and gave us helpful tips. The beach is within walking distance. We enjoyed the large terrace very much and liked to use it for shared meals and evenings. Thanks for the wonderful time! Best regards

The apartment is very nice, with an essential kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a well-kept garden. Far from Ferrara but well connected by city buses. Quiet environment. Very helpful and responsive host.

Stayed for New Year's Eve 24/25 Hosts always available from start to finish The property is well maintained and looks like the photos Kind and accommodating hosts, we a group of 7 people consisting of friends gave us their tavern and their fireplace to have dinner together, carefully making sure there was everything we needed Highly recommend, we will definitely be back
