Very nice apartment, set in the context of a residence but very independent, wonderful terrace with sea view equipped with pergola and table with lounge chairs and chairs and outdoor kitchen. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, outdoor shower in the common area of the residence that can be used freely. The spaces were well cared for, the host was very helpful and treated us really well. Beautiful stay!

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Nothing to say about the accommodation. It matches the price and descriptions. The condominium structure is a little abandoned, but has a very kind and helpful caretaker. Clean, perfect apartment, equipped with all comforts. The problem arose with a huge leak from the apartment upstairs, obviously not attributable to the host, making it impossible to continue the stay. Antonio, at his own expense, immediately found us another solution, far superior in quality and services. Fantastic, available, hospitable, always attentive to our needs. We discovered a wonderful person who, even in discomfort, did everything possible, and even the impossible, to guarantee us a fantastic stay. I recommend both the host and the property in question, despite the critical issues of the context, but for the price and services it is excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Claudio's Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, spacious and just a short walk away from the most beautiful beach! Claudio was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. He promptly answered any questions we had during our stay. Overall, our experience was wonderful and we would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Caminia. Thank you, Claudio, for making our stay memorable!

Leandro’s house was in a very convenient location - near the beach, shops and restaurants. Inside it was clean and comfortable and as described. Leandro was very helpful and flexible with time when we asked for an early check in and late check out. He even left a large bowl of fruit and water in the fridge for us.

Maria’s home was beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It was just like the photos, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. We appreciated the ability to stay on the beach from morning until nighttime, since the house is right across the street from the water. The beds were comfortable, the on site manager was helpful and friendly, and the owner was responsive and welcoming. By the time we arrived in mid September, the beach restaurants were closed and it was already the off season, but we enjoyed the empty beach and quiet evenings. You will enjoy this wonderful property!

Comfortable two-room apartment, there was everything to be able to stay in peace ...the area requires to be motorized as it is a little isolated from the nightlife... since it is an apartment building, the amenities are more than enough and in line with the described... quiet place for families who can move by car to reach the tourist attractions nearby.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

It was very good. The apt is a good size for 4 people. We were very accommodating and with everything we needed. Villaggio is beautiful and you can pay by using the pool, but the beach is so good that we think it is unnecessary. We prefer to see the beaches around I loved these days in Paolo and Anna's apt.

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Functionally furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06 there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella if you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had a perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 06/01. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

We had a wonderful 13 days staying at Max’s lovely villa which had everything that we needed. We did a lot of travelling around in the daytime so was lovely to come back and cook a meal in the evening and then relax and have a bottle of local wine Max was very helpful the one small problem we did have was sorted out within a hour The property is in a nice isolated area in excellent condition with nice grounds and swimming pool and Max couldn’t do enough for you, The only downside which was nothing to do with Max was the barking dogs nearby. Both myself and my wife would highly recommend this property

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.

Aldo is a genius. He picked us up at the train station, which was 10 minutes from the accommodation. We arrived in the afternoon and he gave us a beautiful snack with wine. He was always very attentive and responded quickly to my concerns. It was a super necessary stay. I would come back without thinking.

the stay at Emanuele's House was fantastic, a cozy home that can give you the right relaxation, even for those like us who have reached this destination for work. We will definitely be back!

Simple but functional accommodation, equipped with everything you need, we really enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the sea equipped with a table and chairs, very pleasant for breakfast and lunch. The beach is just a short walk away, both free and equipped, just beyond the road and the pine forest. Supermarket 10 minutes' walk, weekly market on Fridays. The area tends to be noisy in the evening and at night due to the frequent passage of cars with loud music and large motorcycles: fortunately, the apartment is equipped with double-glazed windows and air conditioning, so the problem is manageable. Alessandro was very kind and helpful: since he was not present on site, he provided us with the reference of a person to contact for any needs during our stay. Overall rating 100% positive.

The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

Pizzo was the most southern point of our Italian vacations. After visiting historical Ponpei and Piza, this place was exactly the pount we needed to recharge our battaries. The beach which you can reach in a minute, anazing views of the sun going right intonthe sea and the sea itself, all these gives you a fewling of being in heaven. Comfortable house, wonderful people, who are always ready to support and amazing equipment of the house make this feeling complete.

I would recommend this place for anyone staying at Catanzaro Lido! The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment is super cute, clean, comfortable and well located. There are great restaurants near by, right at the beach and they provide anything you need :)

Anthony's apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The apartment is close to the main area of Soverato but far enough away that you area not disturb by all the activity going on. Also just a short walk to the beach area. Lots of restaurants nearby.
