A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

Massimo's house is a blast from the past, very clean, quiet, fresh, spacious and perfect for taking your mind off the routine! Massimo and his family are of a kindness and helpfulness never seen by a host. Everything really impeccable, we and our Nerone can't wait to come back! 🐶

The apartment is very spacious, it has more rooms, the kitchen complete with everything you need. There is also a washing machine (I didn't use it). Mattia was very kind and helpful, "self check-in" was very convenient! The apartment is on a residential street, not far from a shopping center.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

it's an amazing place for people with kids, the play garden for the kids is simply great.Its also very near to the beaches but away from the hustle and bustle.

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was such a relief to have paid parking available on-site, which made everything super convenient. Raffaelle was incredibly responsive and friendly, quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Super nice little flat with lovely outside space. A stone throw away from the beach. Just perfect. The place was squeaky clean. Fransceco and Elisa were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips on best places to go to. Highly recommended :)

Vesna was very friendly and accomodating in welcoming me to her apartment. It was a great stay, very clean and tidy with everything that I needed for the day, highly recommend.

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deck chairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 m away. Restaurants 100 meters away. Pizzeria that delivers to your accommodation. We felt like we were at home! perfect spaces...impeccable cleanliness, new furniture...super fragrant house...Moira exceptional person, she allowed us to check in many hours earlier than expected! She was very kind in providing a local guide!! Our puppy Perla was welcomed with a water bowl, toys, basket and blanket!! What more to ask for... Absolutely super recommended. Luxurious accommodation. We stayed as a family, we all liked it. The owner of the apartment arranged a transfer from the airport and back, for us it was a necessary convenience. Clean, cozy, close to the beach. Recommended 👍

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Self check-in is very easy to use. Alessandro was very quick to give me advice when I had questions about the city. I'd love to go back! Just a three-minute walk from the apartment is the incredible restaurant La DegOsteria. If you book a little in advance, you can have a table on the terrace. The wine list is up to the quality of the cuisine, which is already very high!

This home is wonderful, a home away from home! I hated to leave after my month stay, it was the most comfortable and clean stay of my 3 months traveling. The village is quiet and the people are friendly, the bar Contini had the best coffee in the area and of course great cocktails. I also enjoyed participating in community events. I highly recommend!
