Wonderful stay, great location within distance of many beaches and attractions. Would stay again!

Great place, great location, great value. We traveled with our kids 15, 13 and 9 and Mother in law. We all fit. 2 kids slept on cots. Was a bit tight but before I finalized the stay we were alerted it would be with that many people. I still chose to reserve this place and it was really nice and cost effective. Tips: Rent a car is a must, pick it up at the airport. Purchase or bring snorkeling gear. You will use it almost every day and its $20 bucks per day. In the store it is about $80 for a nice set. Somewhere Cafe has amazing snorkeling. Rent a chair and umbrella for $40 bucks or bring your own. Have fun!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and we couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing environment. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay again!

Most of the time with AirBnBs you have to "make do" - That wasn't the case with Majid's place. Everything we possibly needed was there or accessible for us. It really made a daunting first trip with our kid so much smoother. Location is perfect, the amenities are top tier, we felt very safe and the property is absolutely gorgeous and secluded. We will absolutely stay here again when we inevitably return to the island.

Place was exactly as advertised. Super quiet and peaceful. Good linens. Perhaps fix the lights in the fridge. And a larger coffee pot would be nice. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Had a great stay here! Got there on a Thursday which is when the weekly Fish Fry is next door, with prime seats! You can walk right over or enjoy the show right from the balcony or rooftop. Also close to many other restaurants and beaches. We did have a rental car and there was private parking which was nice. Everything within a 5-10minute drive. Beautiful studio apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a good time.. The room was nice and spacious. The pool was clean… The workers we came upon were nice and polite. The best part was eating at Mr. Grouper’s downstairs. The food was so good… I would stay there again just for the food… The only thing negative I would say is in the listing I didn’t see that there wasn’t an elevator. Our room was on the third floor. A lot of stairs… I had to ask for the host to get someone to carry my luggage. It would have been nice if it was offered instead of me asking but other than that, it was all good and I felt safe.

First of all Joseph the caretaker was absolutely amazing! He felt like family! When we asked for a bigger frying pan got immediately. Gas grill was so nice to have, short walk to Long Bay beach literally a block at most. Beautiful landscaping, beautiful pool, free laundry. upper deck is amazing. Bed so comfortable. Beach equipment that was included was amazing. Kayaks paddleboards, chairs, life jackets, cooler, snorkeling equipment and bicycles. We would absolutely stay here. Felt safe the whole time!!!

We had an amazing time. The host(s) were wonderful, responsive and thought of all the details. The caretaker, Joseph, is such a delight and made our already lovely stay even better. We enjoyed all of the accommodations, took advantage of the electric bicycles and walked to the beach every single day. Turks & Caicos is a beautiful, welcoming island and Ann's place is a great place from which to enjoy all it has to offer. We highly recommend staying with them and will be back. Thank you.

Ann’s place was great. It was a good location to mix restaurant’s, beach access and pool access and not far from grocery and airport. As most place in TCI a car rental to me is a must. Booking a car ahead can save a significant amount of money too. Ann and Theodore we’re responsive and accommodating.:)

We like to cook and make our own meals. Whenever we needed anything, like a steamer, the host made sure we were accommodated. We so much appreciated the immediate attention to our needs. The Airbnb is perfectly located for wind sports and Joseph, the grounds keeper always had the tools we needed to put our wing foils together or repair our board bags. We felt right at home and highly recommend this location for anyone who enjoys the sun, sea and surf as much as we do.

We enjoyed our stay very much and we’re able to even go kayaking on the river for no additional charge. Best host, who helped us get in very last minute due to flight cancellations. Our host met us at the street to guide us in and allowed a later check out to accommodate us. Just extremely kind people. 🫶🏽
