My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.

Amazing stay! Ricky provided a place that was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Perfect for a place to decompress after Thanksgiving with family! Central location was a huge plus. Home is beautiful and very well kept. Did not use the shared spaces, but they seemed to be very organized and user friendly. Would stay again!

I had a great stay at this apartment. It’s a second-floor walk-up in a house with one designated parking spot and was easy to find. The apartment was very clean and thoughtfully set up. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens and towels were fresh and high quality. There’s also an extra room with a desk, which was perfect for getting some work done. The neighborhood felt safe, and the apartment was quiet most of the time.Just occasional music during the day, which was never disruptive. The kitchen was spotless, and both central AC and a window unit kept the place cool and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Overall, a great place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay because it was peaceful (May), being able to see the water from the balcony was very soothing. The bed was very comfortable, large windows made the rooms very bright and cheer, rooms were large. I had the King room upstairs. Met Daneish in the yard, she was very friendly, stopped to chat. Would go there again.

The house was easy to find and there was plenty of parking in the lot right next to the house. Check in was easy at the back door & the private bedroom upstairs. The bed & pillows in my bedroom were extremely comfortable and soft. I had a great night sleep. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures and the description was accurate. I would recommend this place for the price I paid. Thank you Xiaoshan and Boris.
