Fantastic One Bedroom Apartment,ful

This is a nice traditionally furnished one bedroom apartment. The kitchen is small but functional. The neighborhood is mixed but changing rapidly. Lots of new housing . .Most people who stay here for more than a few days get over it and I've had a number of people stay longer term .It does have a great bathroom and very comfortable bedroom plus the fireplace in the living room.please this is a complete apartment. No shared kitchen or bath.please the heat stays at 70 degrees not above.

Newport has one of if not the most expensive hotel rates in the USA... Sleeps 5 Folding screen door in the blue room. Also a stand up desk in the same room. Full kitchen. Living room has 2 sofas, 65 inch smart TV, Dining room seats 6. Fifteen minutes to Newport and beaches. URI 6 miles, Swim meets, football & basketball, graduation. The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.
