Unique 3 Bedroom Stay, Exceptional Breakfast !

MattRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Tracy was wonderful to stay with, cooking delicious breakfasts, giving our family space to hold a celebration for my wife’s graduate degree, and accommodating our complex logistics with two kiddos under 6 years old and four grandparents up to 75 years old! Seriously—Tracy was a WONDERFUL host! Also, her place is only about 20 minutes from providence—definitely a great option for visiting folks at any of the universities in town!

Unique B&B 2 Beds near PVD- Outstanding Breakfast

JenRating, 5 stars10 months ago
I can’t say enough about Tracy and her beautiful home. There is truly art in all she does, from her immaculately clean, beautifully curated and well-kept farmhouse to the love and skill that go into her perfect scones. My family and I had a restful, peaceful and cozy stay. We piled into the car raving about the homemade breakfast (from scratch and literally farm to table: home-grown grape juice and eggs from her chickens) and how lucky we felt to find her. This one will be a repeat stay next time we’re in the area. Thank you for making the last part of our summer vacation even more special, Tracy!
A welcoming entrance is shown, featuring a white door partially open to reveal a wooden interior. A 'Welcome' sign hangs beside the door. The gray siding and lantern add to the farmhouse charm, surrounded by greenery at the base of the entryway.

Historic B&B, Quiet & Restful, Nature & Simplicity

ElaineRating, 5 stars23 months ago
I’m so grateful to have found Grace Note Farm Inn & B&B. I had a wedding in Chepachet only 10 min. away and I definitely did want to stay in a hotel or motel, too impersonal. I made a 4 day vacation out of it and I’m glad I did because I’m an outdoor enthusiast and a 75 yo horsewoman so this place was my cup of tea! Virginia is also a horsey person so we had similar war stories to tell. The Inn is quite and relaxing and borders Conservation land. I slept so soundly all three nights and the best part is I was able to avoid the family drama and enjoy my nephew’s wedding well rested! Also Virginia makes incredible blueberry pancakes and banana bread…I will definitely return for an R&R vacation and explore more hiking trails and try out some kayaking…#hiddengem
A tranquil pond reflects the greenery of the surrounding trees and well-maintained lawn. A stone wall divides the property, with a glimpse of the farm structures visible in the background. Fencing encloses parts of the yard, hinting at spacious outdoor areas.

Henrietta Suite

Our favorite place to stay in CT! My husband I love that the hosts are very welcoming, they make you feel right at home, and their homemade breakfast with local ingredients is SO delicious. I'm not a huge coffee drinker but I will always have a cup of coffee Jasmine makes for us. We stayed in the same room a few years ago, and made sure to stay in the same house/room this time around again. It's so peaceful, scenic, and good vibes all around. Can't wait to visit again, and hopefully next time it'll be for a longer stay!

Riverfront Suite Retreat B & B with own entrance

ToddRating, 5 stars7 months ago
I can’t say enough positive things about the absolutely warm welcome and beautiful host family Pam and Joe were. Pam outdid herself baking cookies and delicious breakfasts for us. There were many toys and books for my 3yo daughter to enjoy. I also enjoyed the adult book library. Every need is anticipated and provided for. I especially enjoyed the gas fireplace that made the suite extra cozy. The bedding was so comfortable, and the yard with the sandy beach, kayaks, fire pit, swing, climbing tree and toys galore were heavenly for my daughter and I to make cherished memories together. The pictures do not do their beautiful home and yard justice! If you are looking for a relaxing Rhode Island sanctuary with a top notch view of the river, peace, comfort and a home away from home, stay with Pam and Joe. This is exactly what the founders of Airbnb envisioned!

Iconic Providence Historic House w/art RM #6

LauraRating, 5 stars9 months ago
This is a very unique property to say the least. Over the top is a phrase that comes to mind with the architecture. This exquisite house has so much history. Look it up on line. (Tirocchi sisters) They have books about the house and its renovation in each room and for sale. It is remarkable. So many people came together and preserved this treasure. I love the local art twists- artists in residence. The fact that it was preserved and opened to the public to enjoy is very special. The hosts were lovely and there was a feeling of warmth and belonging once I walked in the door. They have snacks and coffee and tea available at all time, and they serve you continental breakfast on a tray! This was one of my favorite stays on my 3 week trip hopping around the east coast. I highly recommend this place. L from the west coast

I’ve seen the downfall and then the reinvigoration of The Wedding Cake House. We lived in Providence for over 10 years and this property was always there and it was sad to see it in disarray. Seeing it now in all of its old Victorian glory is amazing. Each room has a unique personality and the art is great. Coffee was great as well as the breakfast offerings in the morning. We were comfortable and would definitely stay again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you Pippi, Xander, and all of the additional helpers!

Josiah Keith House (19th century suite)

StaceyRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Justin's 300+ year old pre-American Revoluion home is in incredible & intact condition with many original architectural/design delights including original floor planks, fireplace / kitchen hearth, and beautiful barn (which we learned from our host is likely the oldest surviving barn in the country on its original foundation). Justin generously shared his vast knowledge about the history of home and the original (and subsequent) owners of the house. He was also delightful to hang around with, and very helpful with logistical details and recommendations etc. The accommodations (including modern bathrooms!) are charming and appropriate, and the home is full of era-appropriate artifacts and eclectic/fun items, all of which Justin invites guests to interact with. Highly recommend - especially if you love his old houses and history. I can't imagine another unique opportunity to be so up close with a house of this era without it being a no-touch museum setting. The home & host are treasures!

Lake -Vineyard - Casinos Cottage Inn 2nd Flr/ #3

NickRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Absolutely loved my stay at the cottage. The property is so peaceful and beautiful, it was the perfect place to escape. I stayed in room 3 and found the bed extremely comfortable, with soft, great quality sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. The AC works great and you can control the temp for your own room. The rooms do share walls with other guest rooms, but I was lucky and my neighbors were also quiet and considerate so it was not a problem at all. Coffee, bagels and cereal are always available in the nicely appointed shared kitchen, which also has full fridge, microwave and oven for you to use. Loved looking out over the vineyard with my morning coffee and taking a dip in the lake! 10/10 recommend, can't wait to come back again!

Overall this was a very pleasant stay in a quiet location, close to restaurants and other needed services. When I come back to this area I would like to stay here again. It is a clean, comfortable, welcoming home. Also, even though I did not use it this time, convenient quick rail transportation into downtown Boston is located a 5 minute or less walk from the b an b.

Stylish & Cozy bedroom+BreakFast in Braintree MA

HannahRating, 5 stars12 months ago
Rob’s place was great for a 5 day stay. Very convenient and in a safe location. The train was 5 minutes down the road and got us to wherever we needed to be. Plenty of parking available on site. Rob was super communicative and we were both able to keep each other in the loop. The back patio over looking the water was a nice bonus. I think we got more enjoyment out of just guessing how much the tide was going to change that day. Even with an additional house guest, we felt that our belongings were secure and we felt safe. Nice bonus for the southern folk who are used to a ceiling fan, our bedroom has its on window unit which was a life saver. The bed in the room was super comfortable. I can’t say enough positive things.
