Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Tiny House Hubsi with outdoor bathtub and sauna

Hubsi is our 6.6 m long and 3.2 t heavy tiny house, which we designed and built ourselves. The special feature is that the sleeping area is located under the living room. In front of it is our Tiny Tube wood-burning stove, which makes it cozy and warm in winter and creates a special atmosphere. A small bathroom consists of a dry separation toilet and a shower made from an Italian red wine barrel - which is definitely an extraordinary shower experience.
