This quintessential & 100 year old historic cottage is located at the end of Breakers Avenue in Neskowin Village. Breakers End is the 3rd home back from the ocean and is along the beach access path closest to Proposal Rock. It has been fully renovated with an ideal balance of higher end features & cottage charm. At just over 1,000 square ft this cottage's 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms can accommodate a total of 6 guests (4 ADULTS MAX). The tight quarters make it ideal for one family & a tight

The Flamingo in Neskowin

Built in 1929 the Chelan was the “in place” to stay in the quaint Seaside village of Neskowin. Set high above the ocean with views from almost every room the Flamingo is the most delightful spot in town. Enjoy miles of sandy beach just outside your door punctuated with craggy rock croppings for dramatic views or wander through the village to view the historic cottages. The enchanting peace of this small town with 2 restaurants and a grocery store will remain with you long after you depart.

Our small 350 sq ft STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a wine/deli/market on site. Queen bed in the bedroom with private bath, as well as a queen Murphy bed in the living room. It is clean and well-maintained. Majority of unit updated in 2023, with some dated aspects (Proposal Rock Inn was built in the 70's after all). Within walking distance to Neskowin Beach, a great restaurant and small store.

It is located in South Beach, a private gated community in Neskowin. Our place is good for couples, families, and dogs. Dogs must be under 25 lbs., over 2 years old, and be approved. An additional fee required.
