Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The holiday home is located on a small quiet holiday park, this park is located in a wooded area with many hiking and cycling routes. The accommodation is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and by car in 5 minutes ( B67 nearby). A bus stop is very close. Bakers and butchers, as well as food market are about 1000 m away. Our house and the apartment are in a cul-de-sac, public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment conveniently and comfortably. Bed linen and towels are included.

Haus Barbara - self-sufficient farmhouse in Borken

An old farmhouse from the early 20th century - through solar system (hot water) /photovoltaic (electricity) and own groundwater, the house works autonomously and sustainably. My wife and I decided a few years ago to rebuild our house and to make part of the space available for holiday guests. We are looking forward to interacting with the new guests, being able to offer them a great time and just a nice stay in our cozy house.
