Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kostenlosen PKW-Stellplatz mit Zugang zu einer E-Ladesäule und ist 10 Autominuten von der Messe Schnelsen, 15 Autominuten vom Flughafen Hamburg, 30 Autominuten von der Innenstadt Hamburg entfernt. Von der Unterkunft sind es nur 7 Gehminuten bis zum Bahnhof Bönningstedt. Momentan fährt ein Schienenersatzverkehr nach Hamburg, mit dem ÖPNV nach Hamburg dauert es daher ca. 1 Stunde.

Meine ElbAlm steht für richtiges Bilderbuch Landleben. In der Nähe gibt es Kühe, Hühner, Esel und Felder. Und die Ruhe selbstverständlich auch. Warum ElbAlm? Die Elbe und der Deich sind in 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier erwartet dich ein richtiger Strand und einen leckeren Snack und passende Erfrischung gibt es hier im Sommer. So fand ich den Namen "Schwalbennest" genau richtig für das kleine, kuschlige und ruhige Apartment. Über einen eigenen separaten Eingang erreicht man es ebenerdig vom Carport Parkplatz aus. An Sonnentagen Frühstück am Goldfisch-und Seerosenteich in einem sehr besonders angelegten Garten.
