Residenze San Paolo is really easy to reach, it is located at the entrance of Ibla, close to the comunal Parking and the center is easily accessible on feet. House description: On the ground floor there is the entrance and the first double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite. On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. Finally, also on the first floor there are the dining room and the kitchen, in country style and equipped with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. We had a great time. It is a beautiful villa and is very well kept. The host was very responsive throughout. She also had some goodies for us upon arrival and did provide great local recommendations. I wish we could stay longer. The best Airbnb we have ever stayed.

The apartment was spotless and with minimal furniture was spacious. It was tastefully arranged with excellent shower and toilet facilities. The lighting was very modern. A microwave would have helped but not really an issue for us.

This is a well thought out, comfortable apartment that was built tastefully and with high quality furnishings. Space feels like a luxurious hotel suite but with privacy and charm of a lived in home— it was a perfect, relaxing stay for us as a couple. The balcony up top with an outdoor shower is a super nice touch, I highly recommend spending time out there in the mornings or at dawn when the swallows fly. We also enjoyed the location, as it was quiet and didn’t feel touristy at all, yet we were very close to the city center. The neighborhood cafes/bakeries were all excellent, as per host’s recommendations. Silvia, the host, was kind, helpful and very fast with her responses, it was a total pleasure to chat with her. Fully recommend this apartment!

Villa Aria was excellent for 3 couples. The interior and exterior of the villa are great, nice design touches- very livable- and beautiful gardens. The exterior space is larger and nicer than we expected based on the pics. Very well appointed, and you can tell the owners have a good sense of style. The location was good, it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to a cafe and small grocery store. The surrounding streets get busy with beachgoers during the say, but there is a driveway with space for 2 cars.

My husband and I loved this apartment. On arrival Alessio was friendly and welcoming. The apartment had everything we required. Excellent location. Peaceful however in the middle of things. The view from the roof terrace was amazing!

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed! Stylish, modern, imaginatively furnished... simply fantastic! Above all, the view from the balcony of the old town of Modica is so great!!! Will definitely visit again. Marcello gives the best tips and is super nice and friendly. :)
