The studio is on the first floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy the calm and countryside in our cottage located in the middle of the field, away from the road and noise. We renovated part of the buildings of an old farm and created a resting area. A large living room of 40 m2, three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, a corridor that we wanted to keep in the spirit of the time with its natural stone paving.
