Bsmnt APARTMENT-Gorgeous East Bench-15 mi. to USU!

This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do!

Our home is 100% smoke free so I’m sorry we can’t accommodate groups with smokers. The entire walk out basement with a private entrance is yours to enjoy. We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood.
