Visit the beautiful Ocqueoc Falls which offers swimming and hiking. There is plenty of state land for recreational activities. There is a bathhouse nearby with shower, toilet and sink. There is also another cabin and 2 campsites available with 30 amp hookup and access to bathhouse. This is cabin #1

Visit Ocqueoc Falls State Park where you can hike the trails and even swim in the falls, just a few minutes drive away. Several attractions are within a 20 minute drive.

Clean cabin with UP NORTH log furniture nestled above the picturesque sunset side of beautiful BLACK LAKE! Black Lake is a 10,000 acre all sports lake. The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

Waterfront Home on Black Lake

175ft Waterfront on Black Lake, 10ft sandy beach, and 80ft dock. Crystal clear water, sandy bottom, 3ft depth for 50ft, then 5ft depth at end of dock. Large remodeled home with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 5 beds, sleeper sofa, deck, firepit, windows galore, pool table, washer/dryer, and up to 2 dogs are allowed ($50 fee). Bedrooms and full bath are on 2nd floor. From June 28-August 30, the home is only available for weekly bookings with Saturday check-in/check-out (ex., July 5-12; July 12-19).

Welcome to The Sunrise Cabin, your Up North Retreat! The lakefront cabin is the perfect spot to gather for sunrises over the lake. Spend your days fishing and your nights cooking over fire pit under the italian lights. Work remote with high speed internet (new summer 2024). Reconnect over a foosball or ping ping game. Queen bed, four twins, and three cots give room for all. Dog bed, pet bowls, and large yard make the cabin a vacation for the pups as well. Two kayaks and two boats included.

Only a few miles away from the beautiful Onaway State Park and the beautiful UAW Black Lake Golf Club.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Within walking distance of our clean quaint city's downtown, swimming beach, boat marina and lakeside parks. Also enjoy yourself in the peaceful private backyard on the deck and a small yard for play.
