Zingsthus: Cosy & close to the beach

Happy vacations by the Baltic Sea - that's what Zingsthus is. Quietly located in a side street, just a few minutes from the beach. Cozy all year - with terrace & sauna. 6 beds & a folding couch allow for example two families to spend their vacation under one roof. The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Die anspruchsvolle 51 m² große, gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der Residenz am Strand und bietet Ihnen einen offenen Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche. Die Küche ist mit allen elektrischen Geräten und Zubehör ausgestattet ist. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet.

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child.
