Vacation rentals with beach access in Premià de Mar

Quim and Meritxell are great hosts, attentive and very responsive to messages and they look for solutions to help if there are questions such as transport as well as special attention on arrival with candy, bottles of water and a magnet. The apartment is as described and as shown in the photos. Negative point that is not due to the hosts but to the city: Parking

The flat is small but beautifully formed! It has everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed a few days sunbathing on the beach opposite and eating in the local restaurants. The ice cream in the cafe next door is superb!. It was fairly quiet at beginning of June which we liked. Jeanine was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, and the whole space has such a calm, beautiful energy. It was spotless, thoughtfully set up, and felt like a true retreat. Rosa is an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. Would definitely love to come back!

The apartment is very modern, clean, and cozy! It offers a beautiful view of the sea and the beach — just like in the photos. Everything matched the listing perfectly. The only downside was a slight damp smell, but it disappears when the balcony is open. The apartment has everything you might need — from towels, dishes, and an iron to beach umbrellas. Every little detail is thoughtfully provided! Kim is a very kind and responsive host, always in touch and ready to help. Our vacation was wonderful — I truly wish Kim all the best!

Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view of Barcelona and the Mediterranean! We loved our stay and Carmen was an excellent host. She made sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with Cava and sweets for our 20th wedding anniversary. We highly recommend this apartment, it is clean and accessible to Barcelona and the beach.

Apartment RITA was a true find. It's in a prime location, across from the beach in Sitges. It is walking distance from many food options. It is tastefully decorated with a patio, on which you can eat, have your coffee, or people-watch. The location is the benefit of this property. It was perfect for our stay in spring and was only an hour train ride to Barcelona. The train station is a short 10-minute walk. I'm sure that it is hotter in Sitges in summer, though the ocean breeze helps to keep it cooler than inland. There is an AC unit in the living area but not one in the bedroom, where there is a ceiling fan. There is a lively night scene in Sitges, That is one of the great things about it. The area can also be loud at night on the weekends. Overall, we had a great experience. We would definitely come again.

This place is perfect! The check in was wonderful. Fabiola was so friendly and took her time showing us the place. The balcony is incredible. The hosts even left a voucher for us to redeem for a bottle of wine at the local merchant on the street. The restaurants near the place were really delicious, and there was a variety- from pastries to Iberian ham to great tapas- right on the block. I highly recommend the place. I thought initially it was a bit pricey, but it was worth it!

Fantastic stay! Would recommend to all. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The WiFi was great and worked well for ZOOM calls across the world. Would love to return with a bigger group and stay in some of the other options on the property!

Everything as promised and better! Our stay at this home was excellent from start to finish. Everything exactly matched the listing description: clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly at all times. The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

It was our 2nd time staying in the beautiful house and we loved it even more than the first time. We didn’t even get a car to travel around and just stayed most of the time on the beautiful Terrasse and walked to the supermarket and to the beach. It’s the perfect place to stay and it has everything you need. Jose Juan is incredibly fast in his communication and always helpful.

David was an excellent host and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and suggestions. The house was very clean and the garden has several seating areas and a nice swimming pool. Garden good for both us and our small dog. It is very peaceful and 5-10 minute walk to a walk/cycle track along the beach which we did many times. The town has everything you need, is not overly touristy and we shopped there most days. The local port has several restaurants. We were there for 4 weeks and had a really excellent time. We would thoroughly recommend David's house.

We were in the house as a big family. There was nothing missing. The hostess was easy to reach and also responded very quickly. A house for a peaceful and relaxing beach vacation. Highly recommended. Very lovingly furnished and above all very clean. We were thrilled and will certainly come back. The only thing we would have wanted would have been a grill. Thanks for the great time

Our stay at Javier's Airbnb was truly exceptional. Javier is a phenomenal host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our journey. He provided excellent restaurant recommendations and was very flexible when we needed to adjust our dates. His detailed check-in instructions were seamless, and he was super flexible with our check-out time. The property itself is absolutely fabulous, exactly as pictured. It's perfectly situated just steps away from the beach, awesome restaurants, and shops. The breathtaking views are incredible. We highly recommend Javier's place for an unforgettable getaway!

There were three of us at Trude and Miguel's and we're just thrilled! We felt very comfortable, the accommodation looks exactly like the photos and we didn't miss anything. Trude welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything. We met Miguel the next day and both are super friendly and open. We also received very helpful tips for surrounding shopping, bars and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance. The accommodation is outside of Barcelona, but still easily accessible by bus and train. We enjoyed escaping the hustle and bustle of the big city. Here you can relax and have a good time. We would love to come back and highly recommend it! ☺️🫶🏻

Very nice accommodation, located in the basement of the owner's accommodation, it is very quiet and ideally located. 1 minute from a children's park (2 to 12 years old), 5 minutes from the supermarket and 8 minutes from the train on foot. The R1 train line takes 25 minutes to get to "Catalunya" station, the central square of Barcelona. The owner Nancy is very responsive by message and is friendly. The check-in instructions are clear. There are also all the points of interest in the PDF provided. 3 90 cm beds for the little ones and a kiiiiiinnnnng-size bed for the parents. Everything was perfect. Thanks.

Beautiful condo perfectly located in Tossa de Mar. Everything was great from the comfortable beds to the amazing showers. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We should’ve stayed longer :-)

An amazing place. The location is stellar. Claudio was awesome. He provided information and suggestions on places to eat and the one we choose was amazing. He answered all questions in a timely manner and was attentive to hour needs.

This was the perfect place to stay! Close to Barcelona via public transport, and close to the beach and shops in Montgat. The place was exactly as described, very clean, and the host was very helpful. We did have a small issue upon checkout as the keys could not be located, however this was resolved relatively quickly and Fernando apologised for the miscommunication. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely go back!

Nathalia’s place was wonderful ! We would definitely come back again and recommend to others. Poblenou is a vibrant and great part of the city to stay in, within 5 minute walk to the beach. The air bnb was exactly as pictured and described. Others have mentioned having a problem with the garbage out front but it is simply the city containers that did not affect our stay whatsoever, and never smelled into the apartment. Thank you !

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

Mariona was a great host, the Department was very complete and everything worked out to perfection! the area is very quiet and very close to the beach, so I recommend staying here instead of other accommodations closer to downtown! We had a great time and will be back without hesitation

Location: although street noise is worth a mention, its momentary and not something that would stop me from returning. 2 to 5 minute walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, next town over (Badalona) easily walkable in less than 12 minutes. House: spacious, clean, well equipped. We are a family of 5, 3 teen girls shared 2nd bedroom, leaving the living room free for reading/relaxing. Host: David is a gent, so helpful, knowledgeable and has many great recommendations from sights to visit to finding great tapas. David went out of his way to help when I was in need of a doctor and pharmacy late on Saturday evening. Thanks again David. I shared the doctor 24/7 information with him, for future guests. We had two great days local to the house and two great days sightseeing in Barcelona. Happy teens, Happy parents.
