Du wohnst auf 29 Quadratmetern (13 qm Wohnen & Kochen; 11 qm Schlafen; 5 qm Bad) in modernen, freundlichen Räumen. Wir haben das Apartment so ausgestattet, wie wir es gerne selbst auf Reisen mögen. Das Haus liegt direkt neben dem kleinen Markgrafen-Schloss Schreez. 2021 & 2022 haben wir das Haus kernsaniert.

Das Stadtzentrum ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt – ideal für alle, die die Nähe zur Natur schätzen, aber trotzdem schnell im Herzen Bayreuths sein möchten. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar (1,8 km).

Die ca. 70qm große, im Loftstil gehaltene Dachgeschosswohnung (nicht barrierefrei) verfügt über alles was man für eine erholsame Auszeit im schönen Frankenland braucht. Unmittelbar angrenzend befindet sich das Landschaftsschutzgebiet- und FFH-Gebiet oberes Rotmaintal. Fahrstrecke mit dem Auto nach Bayreuth: 14km / 12min Bahnhof 300m entfernt. Direktverbindungen nach Bayreuth und Nürnberg.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und sauber, alles war neu oder wirkte wie neu! Die Kommunikation lief super, Florens hat immer schnell geantwortet und war zuvorkommend, besonders was den Check-in und Check-out angeht.

Highly recommend ! Stefan was really helpful and very responsive . The place was exactly as pictured and the location was very convenient .

Von Anfang an alles super! Freundlicher Kontakt, flexibler Check-in, neue, moderne, blitzblanke Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Sitzplatz im Garten. Gute Basis um die Umgebung mit dem Rad, Motorrad oder Auto zu erkunden. Pegnitz, Nürnberg, Bamberg, Bayreuth, Kulmbach und vieles mehr sind bestens zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Kurzurlaub im Schmellenhof. Dies lag einerseits an der ruhigen Lage, andererseits an Konrad und Christine, welche hervorragende Gastgeber waren und sich größte Mühe gegeben haben, dass wir einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt hatten. Die Wohnung ist umgeben von viel grüner Natur und perfekt zum Wandern oder für Ausflüge in die Umgebung geeignet. Highlight ist außerdem die Terrasse, wo man die Abende mit der Feuerschale ausklingen lassen kann.

Wir haben die Zeit bei Iris genossen. Die Wohnung ist für ein Paar fantastisch geeignet, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man so braucht zu Zweit. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke in Fußnähe, Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Das Ortszentrum vor der Haustür. Bayreuth nah. Wir haben Iris nicht persönlich kennen gelelernt, aber sie hat uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit unterstützt. Ein gelungener Start ins Jahr 2025! Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

You will not find a more beautiful, impeccable, joyful home in which to stay and enjoy your visit! Dirgis and Lydia's stunning wooden apartment is a true gem. It is tucked peacefully in nature, with a lovely spacious garden and town view, while acting as a central launch pad, whether you are interested in exploring the surrounding city (Bayreuth etc.), or hiking etc. as described not only does the apartment itself embody a lovely balance of nature and culture - cultivating a very inspiring space, also though, the location, you can easily enjoy all the area has to offer, between city events and hiking destinations. Lydia and Dirgis are incredible hosts. You will feel immediately welcome and relaxed. Lydia and Dirgis provide all the information that you need, and everything is very accessible. They gave me fantastic event, and hiking tips. Highly recommend this unique and stunning rental! I look forward to returning soon. Thank you, Lydia and Dirgis for a fantastic visit! -Rachel
