The attic apartment has 2 rooms and a bathroom. Passage through corridor on 2nd floor. For furnishings, see photos. The washing machine in the bathroom on the 2nd floor can also be used. My house is located on the edge of a village overlooking the beautiful, very close nature. Oberbibrach is 25 km south of Bayreuth (Richard Wagner Festival, university, beer city, a lot of culture, Lohengrin spa), 80 km east of Nuremberg, 30 km west of the Fichtel Mountains, 50 km west of the Czech border.

The property is located in a residential building in Gottsfeld near Creußen. The apartment, which stretches over two floors, has about 50 square meters of living space and a balcony. Its charm is given by the spiral staircase leading to the attic as well as the picturesque sunrise. With a dishwasher, stove, microwave and robot vacuum cleaner, living comfort can be combined with minimal effort. The Franconian mountain trail invites you to the enchanting nature of Franconian Switzerland.

The vacation home offers plenty of space and has been lovingly furnished. The spacious glass fronts provide light-flooded rooms and allow a beautiful view of the countryside. Due to the proximity to many attractions such as the summer toboggan run, devil's cave, climbing forests and wildlife parks, it is a nice place to stay for families, but also ideal for climbers, hikers and nature lovers. Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached in about 35 minutes by car, Bamberg in about 45 minutes.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Direct connections to Bayreuth and Nuremberg.
