In the house of my parents I renovated this 2 room apartment for you in August 2018. Modern, stylish and cosy. The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The new open kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The couch in the living room can also be used as an additional double bed (sofa bed) after consultation. The apartment has an underground parking space (important in case of snowfalls!). The house is very well maintained - only a few steps from the centre of the village.

Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

The house is located in a small hamlet in the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice TGV station on the Petit Saint Bernard pass road as well as on the route of the Grandes Alpes road. The price includes all bed and bath linen as well coffee, tea, cappuccino and herbal tea for your breakfast for one or more nights.
