An der wohl schönsten Wohnlage der Landschaft Davos, steht die Villa Surlej. 1998 wurde die gesamte Liegenschaft umfassend und stilgerecht renoviert und ausgebaut. Das Haus verfügt insgesamt über drei Ferienwohnungen. Unter anderem das Apartment Forestview mit 1 Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Balkon mit Waldblick. Alle Wohnungen wurden mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles, damit sich der Gast rundum wohl fühlt.

Idyll am See

Das Haus liegt am Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos ist mit ÖV erreichbar. Es hat einen grossen Wohnraum mit Küche, Esstisch, Schlafsofa und Holzofen. Das Bad hat WC und Dusche. Wasser aus eigener Quelle, Strom, Warmwasser sind vorhanden. Im OG hat es zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Haus eignet sich optimal für bis zu 7 Personen, es gehen jedoch auch 8. Im Winter parkiert man an der Strasse. Von dort sind es 150m auf einem Pfad bis zum Haus. Wenn es frisch geschneit hat ist es etwas beschwerlich.

The 3 1/2 room apartment is on the 4th floor. It is modern, generously designed, newly renovated and newly furnished. In front of each room there is a balcony. From there, the view of the mountains is breathtaking. On the ground floor is a large indoor swimming pool. An outdoor parking space (No. 1 close to the main entrance) is included. The apartment is very conveniently located and yet very quiet. Suitable for business people as well as families with (small)children.
