We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

What can I say?! A little spot of paradise in the most beautiful part of France. We had 3 nights of relaxation after getting married in the south of France and this was just what we needed. Robert and Stephane were the best hosts; responsive and attentive but also gave us our privacy. The cottage was just beautiful, cosy and very well equipped. The garden and the pool were simply stunning. Don’t think photos can do this place justice, just go and see for yourselves! We’ll be back!

We hebben een heerlijke ontspannen tijd gehad. Een heerlijk huis en geweldig zwembad. Lekker rustig, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Patrick heeft ons geweldig geholpen toen we pech hadden met de auto. Echt mensen waar je op kunt bouwen. We komen heel graag terug.

Gîte très charmant, spacieux et bien équipé. La jolie cité de Martel est à seulement 2 kms, avec des restaurants. Nombreux sites à proximité : Collonge la Rouge, Rocamadour et jolis villages. Brigitte a été une hôte très accueillante et de très bons conseils pour les sites à visiter. Une adresse à garder absolument !

Une très belle maison decoree avec beaucoup de goût, dans un superbe cadre. Nous avons pu apprécier le confort de la maison lors de quelques journées pluvieuses mais également du magnifique jardin et de la terrasse par temps ensoleillé. De nombreuses visites sont accessibles à proximité. Les hôtes sont acceuilants et réactifs.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Adrien et Cédric. Le logement est idéalement situé : à deux pas d’une jolie rivière, tout près de Sarlat et de nombreux sites touristiques incontournables de la région. Le lieu est extrêmement calme, parfait pour se reposer après une journée de visites. L'hébergement est très bien équipé, tout est pensé pour que l’on s’y sente comme chez soi. Rien ne manque, que ce soit pour cuisiner, se détendre ou profiter de l’extérieur. Un grand merci à Adrien et Cédric pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Ils sont très attentionnés tout en restant discrets, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et espérons y revenir ! 🙂

Can’t rate this place highly enough! It is the most wonderful place; blissful and beautiful views all so calm and perfect setting. The house is immaculate very clean with lovely interiors, comfortable beds and lovely bedding. If you are looking for a fantastic place that you don’t want to leave this could be it; just perfect. Jean-Xavier is lovely and extremely helpful.

Our stay at the beautifully renovated and well appointed stone gîte was very pleasant. It is surrounded by extensive gardens including a clean and private pool .Sean and Bridget gave us a warm welcome and provided us with recommendation for places to go and things to do. What a great place to relax and enjoy the Périgord countryside.

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

je crois n'avoir jamais loué un logement aussi propre et quel plaisir ! La maison est conforme à la description et encore mieux que sur les photos. L'équipement de la cuisine est au top. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et cela n'est pas facile ! Maison au calme mais les commerces sont à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous avons trouvé le jacuzzi agreable pour passer le nouvelle année. Merci à Pauline pour sa disponibilité et son accueil. Sejour en famille reposant et ressourçant. A refaire en été pour cette fois-ci profiter de la piscine.

A brilliant and beautiful Gite with the best hosts. Can't wait to come back. Hosts are so good that they went above and beyond the call of duty and even managed to organise someone to come and collect my car and get two new tyres fitted and receiver to the Gite. he even left his car for the two hours in case we needed one. Great hosts beautiful Gite. My advice is simple-book now !

Habitation avec beaucoup de caractère, très bien équipée et très beau potentiel parfaitement exploité. Laurence et Jean-Michel sont très accueillants, prévenants et disponibles. Jean-Michel amateur passionné de boulangerie, nous a concocté des viennoiseries et du pain excellents pour notre petit déjeuner. (Commande sur demande). Lieu idéal pour passer un très bon moment de détente. Beaucoup de villages pittoresques à visiter aux alentours. Merci à eux, et au plaisir d'y retourner.

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this place is. It is bigger and grander than it looks in the photos and the view is stunning! It has lots of gorgeous bedrooms and we enjoyed having big meals in the dining room. The house is located on top of a hill with a view of the Dordogne River and very close to beautiful villages, caves, and nature.

We were warmly greeted by Adriano and Maria. Their son will translate if you don’t speak French, but fortunately I speak a little so it was like being welcomed by friends. The house is newly renovated, immaculate, well equipped, and they left us fresh flowers, strawberry jam, mineral water, and chocolates. Love the Nescafé pod machine. It is a 5 minute walk into gorgeous Sarlat. There is secure parking and/or a garage from the adjacent street. A table, chairs and umbrella in the yard by the front door are available and two recliners in the garden. Adriano also rents out the other half of the house on Airbnb, but it is totally separate and we had to go out of the way to meet our neighbours. Location is very quiet. There are so many beautiful villages, stunning countryside and chateaux around Sarlat you find it difficult to do everything and enjoy the accommodation. This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in.

Accueil chaleureux de Léo et explication du fonctionnement de la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable et en pleine nature. A 5 minutes de Sarlat où nous avons très bien mangé et qui est une ville très agréable. Je recommande ce logement 👍👍👍

the house was extremely comfortable and had a lovely fenced garden and super terrace. we enjoyed coming home there. the distance from facilities was doable with sarlat 14 mins away.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont charmants et extrêmement respectueux. L'appartement était impeccable et d'une propreté rare dans un airbnb ! Une vraie attention est portée aux voyageurs et nous leur en sommes reconnaissants. Nous conseillons les yeux fermés, les prestations de l'appartement, la gentillesse des hôtes et la proximité avec le centre historique en font avec certitude des vacances réussies.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Sarlat-la-Canéda. La maison est parfaitement fidèle aux photos et à la description : spacieuse, propre, au calme, avec un magnifique jardin idéal pour jouer avec notre enfant et laisser notre chien profiter de l’extérieur. L’emplacement est paisible, en pleine nature — nous avons même eu la surprise magique de voir un cerf venir nous rendre visite à deux reprises le soir ! La situation géographique est idéale pour découvrir le Périgord Noir et les merveilles de la Dordogne. Et pour les journées plus tranquilles, Sarlat est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture : un village médiéval plein de charme. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience !

Un très bel endroit conforme aux photos, bien situé pour découvrir les environs et se retrouver entre amis, au calme. La météo nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse. Chambres spacieuses et lits confortables. La fraîcheur des pièces du rez-de-chaussée doit être agréable en été. Qualité de wifi et de connexion limitée : ce n'est pas l'endroit idéal pour venir télétravailler (mais ce n'était pas notre intention !) Un bel endroit dans une belle région.

Nous tenions à remercier Daniel pour son accueil et ce séjour agréable à Sarlat-la Canéda. Les informations pour accéder au logement sont très claires. Le logement est bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville historique et des principaux sites. L'intérieur est propre, bien entretenu et correspond aux photos. Le quartier est très calme, ce qui permet de se reposer après de longues promenades dans les magnifiques environs de cette ville merveilleuse!. On recommande ce logement.
