Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located near the Cascine, a 5-minute walk from the Tramway to the Center. It is small but has everything to feel good and the location is ideal for visiting Florence. For us, it was also perfect for the Concert at the Visarno Arena, which is within walking distance. The check-in was uncomplicated and Marta was very helpful in letting us do the late check-out, we appreciated not having to leave the apartment immediately at 11:00 a.m. but in the afternoon... thus avoiding being in the city in the heat since our bus left in the evening. We'll be back!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

We spent two nights at Valentina's place. We appreciated her proactive approach before we arrived and she was very responsive to our messages when we had questions. There was a kitchen that was functional, the bathroom was clean and the terrace was the WOW highlight of our stay. We were 4 adults in the accommodation, which is a little tight, but for 2 nights it was perfect. The sofa bed and the bed were very comfortable and we were even able to do our laundry there. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is breathtaking and we were able to walk to downtown Florence several times and we enjoyed the grocery store a few steps from the accommodation to stock up. First things first, Simona's attention to detail is amazing. Everything is so clean and professional. The apartment was even cooled down when we arrived, just how we liked it! The overall apartment was like in the pictures and the yard of the apartment was really nice. However the apartment is really quite small when the sofa is made to an bed. The outside yard helps with this a lot and is huge plus. It feels like an extension to the apartment. Simona recommended us some restaurants, we tried one called Mamma Pizza and found it awesome. She really has good recommendations and communication with her is really easy. The neighborhood of the apartment is nice and quiet and many places like the store and restaurants are within walking distance.

Beautiful place close to Florence, Pisa and to explore medieval towns in Tuscany. Host was very helpful and answered all our queries. We enjoyed our stay.

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

We visited family in san giovani vdo and wanted to stay nearby. Niccolo’s place was perfect. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us. We loved the outside patio. Beds all comfy-we slept very well. Bottle of wine to greet us was greatly appreciated. Shower good. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

Where do I start. Words do not express how beautiful this place is. Very very quiet and peaceful. We only spent 3 days. Visited a winery that Bianca setup for us at short notice. We were ill prepared and did not have a car to get around but worked out really well for us. We walked about 15 minutes into town close by and did a little grocery shopping. Bianca is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this rustic gem. Until next time

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

Accommodation fully matches the photos and listing, very spacious and clean. Peaceful and very pleasant setting. Gianluca and his family are lovely people. We had a lovely stay.

Staying at Fabrizio’s place in Florence was an absolute pleasure. From the moment i booked, Fabrizio was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He provided clear directions, great local recommendations, and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect: close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Fabrizio clearly takes pride in being a great host, and it shows. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. For those who want to be around the center of everything while retaining a peace of mind, I highly recommend Alessandra’s place. A few highlights: 1. Peace and quietness even in the middle of the happening: Florence is becoming a touristy place, but the place sits on the highest floor so you are removed from the noisy streets and overbearing crowds. Yes, you’ll have to walk up the stairs with luggage, but I think it’s totally worth it. 2. Local recommendation and genuine hospitality: Alessandra was super helpful with recommendations, helping us book a taxi on the day of our departure. She also accommodates our travel schedule 3. Unique place with personal touch: we loved the place, from decorations to amenities. Beyond sleeping and showing, we also enjoyed cooking light meals and sitting at the outdoor balcony in the early mornings to listen to the birds
