Il bagno è rinnovato, nel corridoio si trova la biblioteca. Nel soggiorno spazioso con vista sulle Dolomiti si trova la cucina e l'uscita sul balcone. Ideale per visitare il Lago di Braies, Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Parco di Villabassa. La tassa di soggiorno è di 2,50 Euro per giorno e per persona.
