Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Prairieville

We went to BR to visit with family, and we were all quite comfortable in the home. Plenty of room, bathrooms, everything. Blake is an incredibly kind and genuine host. His home matches his description perfectly, and he provides excellent service. Unlike other places where amenities are promised but not delivered, Blake ensures everything is of high quality, from linens to kitchenware. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great spot to relax. I felt completely safe, despite my naturally cautious nature. I highly recommend Blake as a super host, and we now consider him part of the family. Stay here—you won’t regret it!

booked this for the pool. enjoyed our stay, slept well, too! not walkable to restaurants, but is a very short drive either to downtown BR or to LSU...or other parts of town. if the weather is nice you're right by the levee and a paved walking path connecting downtown to LSU.

It felt like I was at home. I was able to sit in peace and quiet and get a lot of work done. This is definitely going to be my normal place to go to. I LOVED it

If you are going to LSU, or have an event that is around the campus, Maria’s place is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants, a grocery store and tiger stadium. The property is also very clean and everything is in great working order.

James was an amazing host! We had some extenuating circumstances and James accommodated us with several extensions. The place was clean, had all the amenities we needed to make the place to feel like home. Definitely recommend!

We loved this small little studio apartment style off the back of their garage. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to walk around. Only 10 minutes from anywhere in downtown Baton Rouge. We will look for more of Carl's properties as we travel!

Ronald was very communicative and helpful with our stay! The home was pristine clean. Only things that would have made it better would have been simple snacks and coffee. The large mirror in the master bedroom poses a safety risk as it’s not secure to the wall and could be a great disaster if it fell, especially on a small child. Besides these very minor things, the home was everything we needed and more.

Kenmore House is such a beautiful place to stay when you visit Baton Rouge. So beautiful that you are happy just staying and relaxing around the home. The front and backyard are filled with the most beautiful plants. There is sitting area in the front of home and a beautiful deck in the back. The screened in patio is adorable as you can sit and enjoy all the bird calls. When dining in the glass enclosed dining area you feel like you’re out enjoying a picnic as you can see the trees and plants in backyard. Priceless memories.❤️

Bryan’s place was fantastic! We stayed 3 nights! My husband was bowling at the Raising Canes River Center and it was so close but the neighborhood it was in, felt very private and secluded. It was very peaceful! Extremely close to LSU campus! Bryan was so nice and accommodating and VERY responsive and responded quick! Definitely would book his place again if we ever come back to the Baton Rouge area!

great stay. close to our activities. pets were comfortable. bring a leash, the yard isn't completely enclosed. cute murals and house. would stay again.

The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Host was amazing. We realized at 1:30 am that the AC wasn’t working and contacted them just hoping to get a response later that morning. They responded within 5 mins and helped us get it fixed.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable this condo was—it felt more like a home than a rental. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches that gave the space a welcoming, modern vibe. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already made a note to reserve it again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay! The hosts couldn't have been better. The location was out of the heavy traffic of Baton Rouge which is a bonus. We had all of the amenities we needed and the back patio was absolutely lovely. I especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds! The neighborhood makes you feel like you are on a first class vacation and I enjoyed my walks. We have now found our "go to" spot in Baton Rouge. Our daughter is a junior at LSU and I wish I had found this place sooner. We will absolutely stay here again on our final visits for her senior year. We obviously highly recommend!

Brenda was a rock star host! Simply the best ever! My husband even said it was the nicest airbnb that we’ve ever stayed in. Just what we needed for a stop over heading back to Texas.

Really liked the place, pretty close to a lot of restaurants, mall, and much more to do! It’s a great area to stay. It was bigger than expected as well so it’s a really good place to stay with the family, will totally come back! Extra points was that I really liked the smell of the shampoos and hand soaps!

Perfect is an understatement! The area is quiet. Yet so, so beautiful! I honestly felt like I was at a condo in Florida! The decor inside the home is breathtaking! I would absolutely be looking to book this Air BNB every time I’m in the area! The host was great as well! Very nice, clear about instructions and made everything easy!
